+ -1 moreHe gave me some quality tips related to things he had worked on and things he hadn't worked on. He is very responsive and does quality work. He is will do small projects as well. This arrangement has been positive and is on going. He is also polite and professional. His pricing is fair and reasonable.
Description of Work: Joao stripped the bathroom back to the studs, re leveled the floor, re worked the plumbing and fixtures. He then installed 12" by 12" tile to the floor and ceiling. He also replaced the radiator. He has also done electrical, plumbing and carpentry work for me which has been of the highest quality.
