+ -1 moreThey installed the sprinkler system and they great for two years that I had them but then when I started having problems with them they would come in the spring and turn it on for me and they would come back in the fall and winter. I never had any issues with it until last summer and it was leaking in different places and I called them several times for them to come out and they just blew me off and ignored me. I just sent them not that I was going to move on to a different sprinkler company because they were not responding and then they kept calling me back and then I sent another certified letter saying that they should not contact me at all ever and then they stopped.
Description of Work: We used Hydro-Pro Irrigation for winterization of the sprinkler system.

+ -1 moreSmooth enough but they razzed prices psor spring start up substantially to 115 and I got it done by CMS for 75 which included an nozzle replacement

Description of Work: Installed an irrigation system. I contacted 3 companies. The two that gave prices that were very close. I went with Hydropro even though they were not the least expensive. Felt very comfortable with there knowledge and professionalism. System is installed and working perfectly. Very happy with my decision to go with Hydropro

+ -1 moreThe service has been pretty good, but the scheduling is a nightmare. They have us pay in the spring, and then don't come until mid to late June. They set up a date and time with a two hour window, but then don't show up on theta date or come late. I just called to check in ,and although I was given a date and time 5 days ago, the receptionist had a different time. I'm not going to have them come again because this has happened every time in the last 3 years, and it's just too aggravating.
Description of Work: They provide spring and fall maintenance - fall blow out and spring start up.

+ -1 moreIt's been a good experience working with them. They gave us a two year labor warranty for our system. We haven't had to have them come back for repair work because they are just that good. Paul is the owner and he does good work.
Description of Work: We have well water, so it makes it difficult to disperse water. They installed a 9 zone sprinkler system at our house.

Description of Work: Someone came out 2 months ago to give us an estimate. Said they would put it in the mail. After over 5 phone calls with promises and apologies we still have not received anything from them. Would never use this company.

+ -1 morePaul (owner/manager) showed up on time to give an estimate. The installation crew showed up on time and installed the system professionally. I have recommended this company to many people.
Description of Work: Installed a water irrigation system in my backyard. This required attaching the system to the plumbing, installing the controls for the system, burying the supply lines, and installing the sprinkler heads.
