+ 0 moreI called at least 5 times this year and twice last year and left messages. I never got a call back. I really wanted to hire them, so I tried one more time and I finally got a call back. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate and he showed up on time. Now the estimate was on a Friday and he stated he would mail the estimate on Monday. Well, he never sent one out. After 3 weeks, I called him back (Of course I had to leave a message and wait for a call back). Another week went by and the estimate appeared in the mail. It's almost as if he forgot what fence I wanted and how much I wanted. The estimate was actually for 3 different fences all of which I didn't want. It was at this point tht I knew I didn't wanted to do business with them. I should note that Hampshire Fence is located at the top of my street, within walking distance and to be neglected like this is unbelievable. I don't know how they stay in business.
Description of Work: He finally sent me an estimate that wasn't for the fence I wanted.
