Don answered my call and was at my house in 30 minutes. He was fast, clean and very easy to work with.

Don arrived on time. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Before he touched my furnace, Don knew what the problem was. We had two other HVAC Techs come out to fix the issue and they were unable to. Don came out and fixed the problem within an hour. Aside from his professionalism, he was very reasonably priced. Don was on time, considering he drove 45 minutes to get to our house. He cleaned and tuned up our oil fired, forced hot air furnace. He left his work area just as clean as before he started. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. I have my new furnace guy!

Don answered our call immediately and was at our home in an hour. Amazing since he was an hour away! It was February and we had NO HEAT! Don diagnosed our problem, made a temporary fix for the night and had it repaired the next day. We will definitely use him for all future oil burner service!

Don came over quickly to fix our furnace. He then texted me with further instructions. He was very thorough, very reasonably priced and very professional to work with. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable service technician.

Don was great. Able to install my furnace in less than 9 hours. Just quite a bit more than I had planned for cost wise being on fixed SS income. He definitely knows the heating/boiler business and is very quick to respond.

Tech was able to diagnose issue and change out bad nozzle and correct air fuel setting that was terribly out of adjustment from another companies work "APlus" hackjob.

Had a leaking three-way valve on my domestic water side of my tankless boiler that needed to be replaced, he came over very prompt and quick and said my expansion tank was full which was on the boiler loop side, and said that would fix it. The tank was put on and started having leaked out of my pressure relief valve, told him the feeder and the relief valve should be replaced. So came back two days later and could not run the boiler because it was leaking out the whole time and replaced both with the same result, turns out the tank he put on was way too much pressure for my boiler loop and was causing the other problems. Ended up relieving the pressure myself out of the tank to what is the correct pressure and has not leaked a drop, meanwhile, my valve that I originally called for to be replaced is still leaking and I am out 450 dollars with the same state I was in before he came to my house.

Really surprised how fast he was able to schedule a service. Figured I'd have to wait a month or two. Got me ready for heating season at fair price. Nice guy, too.

I would recommend Don for any heating project. Don was punctual, knew his business, and his prices are reasonable. The work was done in a timely manner.
