They are always good. I've been using them for thirty years. They are extremely nice, and knowledgeable, they're extremely knowledgeable, and they will show you, explain everything to you, so that you have no questions, and you don't feel uncomfortable about anything. You feel fully informed if you have any work that needs to be done.

Brads called me Monday morning with a clear explanation of the problem and a price quote that I knew from experience was a good deal. They kept me informed as the work progressed and did the job expertly, as promised and for even a bit less than the quoted price. I felt I was treated like a regular customer and not just a guy that happened to break down passing through. Thanks Brads! As always, on time, professional and honest! My family has been a customer of Brad's for nearly 20 years. The service and advice are always high quality. But most of all, the work and the preventive maintenance are always honest. While not the least expensive repair facility I've used, Brad's Service Center is by far the most straightforward and the most honest. I never doubt their advice and the work they perform.

I t went very well. Brad's had a shuttle ready to take me to work and one to pick me up, Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. The repairs were done in a very timely way. What things might be a problem in the near future I was made aware of. The result is that my car is running so much better. I still have one more repair on the horizon which Brads made me aware of. I will go there for future repairs. I was very happy with Brads!!!

They are awesome. They are fair and they will not lie to you. They will tell you how it is. I feel the price is a good value. They are not cheap and not expensive. They are right in the middle.

They are excellent. If you leave your car and if you need a ride they give you the ride which is good. When they give you whatever you had done they just check everything and completely go through different check marks things that they do, tires and all that stuff and then they also tell you if there is something that is coming down that might have to look at the next time whatever. I would use them again.

I was referred to Brad's as I was getting an unusal noise coming from somewhere in my car and the tire pressure light came on. Brad's took my car in to look at it and told me that the noise I was hearing was because my tires were worn on the outside and I needed to replace them. They told me the tire pressure light was coming on because I had a nail in my tire. They took the nail out and patched it. Another time I was going to go to a service closer to me because my check engine light was on. The other service told me to take it in to them and it would be a $75.00 diagnostic fee right off the top. That didn't include what was wrong and the cost of getting it fixed if there was something wrong. I went to an auto parts store and they gave me a code as to what was wrong. I went to Brad's and they checked my car and were able to shut off the check engine light. I was not charged anything. They were professional, friendly, fair and both experiences were pleasant. I would recommend Brad's to anyone and I highly thank them for their services. They truly believe in good customer service. It shows in what they do.
