I was not happy with them. They told me it was $5000 initially and then I had to pay extra for something else. The coating materials were insufficiently applied and it was poor. He left the floor absolutely messy and bouncy. He couldn’t smoothen it out. The floor was just unusable. I couldn’t put any other flooring over it. After about two months, I got him to come back and paint again and paid him for that as well. I told him to get the floor grinder and grind it. It was still unusable. Then he painted it and a lot of the paint has been peeling off since then. It’s supposed to be water proof paint. It’s not water proofing anymore. He was supposed to fix the problem and he didn’t do anything till I called him two months after that. It took another few weeks to get him to come here. So I waited for two months for him to come and fix it. Punctuality is not his specialty. I do know that he knows something about his work but he just seems unprofessional. I would not use their services again in the future.
