Scott responded quickly and was able to find and fix the problem (a leak in the foundation) within 2 days after we called. He replaced the moldy drywall and insulation, and was then able to diagnose another problem related to a new heating system (which the installers had not been able to figure out) which he then (diplomatically) explained to them for us (and they then came out and fixed it). We are really grateful for the excellent quality of the work he did and his amazing customer service. We would definitely recommend him to others and we would call him again for future projects.

He showed up on time, was neat and completed the job on time and for the agreed upon price.

Scott's supplier created problems by not sending the correct railings and then not the hardware to install them. Despite delays caused by these problems, Scott was very professional, worked with what he had, and even came back on a Saturday morning to finish installation of the railings. The gate finally arrived and was installed yesterday, April 26. I'm very happy with the completed project.

Scott completed the jobs as scheduled, returned to fix some things, and I have planned at least 3 more projects with him.

They did a nice job start to finish. Took a little longer than they thought, but not much. I liked that they cleaned up after themselves well. The door they hung isn't set into the wall evenly all the way around, but it's a lot better than we could do ourselves.

Scott was right on scheduled time. Polite, clean, knowledgeable, informative. He took the time to show me how to snap in the small platic peice in the window frame if it fell off again.
