My crew, Joe, Vlad Jr, Nat and supervisor Vlad did an excellent job installing the gutter covers and the zinc strip. They went beyond what I expected. I no longer have to worry about cleaning out my gutters . They treated me like I was their grandmother. So much respect. So polite.. Such sweet men. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Our basement water issue was getting to a point that, with a shop vac, I could hardly keep up. Water was leaking from the wall to floor seams and up through cracks in the floor. I needed help and I needed it quick. After doing some research, we gave Advanced Seamless Gutters a call. One aspect of this company is a basement waterproofing section of the business, which is rated highly. Within a day, the owner, Konstantin (Koni) paid us a visit and evaluated our problem. He was very thorough in what needed to be done, he answered all my questions and concerns. After the professional proposal was offered, we hired his company on the spot. Two days later his crew of four came prepared to do this rather extensive work. Before work began, all items in the basement were moved to the center and covered with plastic. We were impressed with the level of progress and quality of work being done during the four day project. This is a friendly and dedicated group of knowledgeable, skilled hard workers, which was apparent on the very first day and throughout. It is refreshing to see a company that has employees with a high dedication and commitment to this type of specialized work. The result: Complete customer satisfaction. Thank you.

As with most home improvements, the final project is rarely perfect. There could be a number of factors. The installation of the gutters went smoothly and they kept us in the loop for any changes they were going to make. The next day it rained and there were two leaks from behind the gutter. A crew came out in the following days and fixed the problem. So I would rate the service very well.

Removed old gutters, installed new, seamless gutters, downspouts and gutter guards. Needed to work around an awning for the downspout with excellent looking results. Polite workers and cleaned up the yard after work was completed. Patty C.

Advanced seamless gutters got back to me right away and offered to send someone out for a free quote. We had already gotten a quote from one of those companies thatâ s trying to charge a crazy amount and makes you stand through a 2 hours sales pitch. Advanced gutters was not like that. They gave us a super reasonable quote in ten minutes and seriously like two days later the new gutters were installed. Wr just had crazy rains in Massachusetts and our new gutters work like a charm. We are super pleased with the price, quality, professionalism from the workers and customer service. I recommend them to anyone looking for new gutters.

Advanced basement waterproofing did an amazing job with our basement. Robert checked everything out and gave us the right quote for the job. A drain system and mildew treatment was done in a quick 5 days with no problems. They even took old wood and benches that were damaged as well. MOLD REMEDIATION! We recently finished a kitchen mold remediation at our old Victorian home in Northampton, MA. (Advanced had successfully completed a mold remediation of our entire basement and a first floor closet over a year ago). A couple of months ago, we had discovered that we had a tremendous mold problem under our kitchen sink counter resulting from water leakage and careless drainboard practices. Also, our 10 year old refrigerator was filled with mold in the motor area. My wife is highly allergic to all mold so we were in a panic upon this discovery. We called Konstantine, the owner of Advanced, and he was at our home within 3 hours to look at the situation. Within days, he and his crew were at our home removing the 12 feet of pertinent wood flooring, cabinets, and ceramic tile...anything with mold or close to the mold. He was concerned about saving our long expensive Corian counter and had his crew scrape and remediate the entire underside. We were totally impressed by his responsiveness and his actual concern for us. My prior experience in getting mold remediators to look at situations in the past was AWFUL.....they took forever to get to our house, and took equally as long to get a date they could do the work. In fact, one company never provided us with a tentative date! Although Konstantine and his crew were and are extremely busy, he made us a priority given my wife allergies. Also, they took all the necessary precautions of masking off the kitchen from the rest of the house, and used huge air scrubbers to suck out the toxic air during and following the actual work. Mold remediation is an unregulated industry so it is essential that a consumer chooses wisely. Konstantine and his crew are dedicated, hard workers who care about and know what they are doing!
