Advanced Seamless Gutters

This review is for Advanced Seamless Gutters in Chicopee, Massachusetts. We hired them to waterproof our basement and I couldn't be happier with this company. Not only were they competitive in their price (I live in Connecticut and their pricing was better than anything I could find here), they were prompt, efficient, and our basement is now dry. Robert G. is the person you want to speak to. He is knowledgeable to a fault and explains how the work will be done and then executes the job exactly the way he described. He will also make sure you are very happy with the job and the company. I can't say enough about him. A very professional person that you can depend on from start to finish. Sue is the person you will speak to when you call, and she is the best. Cheerful, prompt, and gets results for whatever you need. And the men doing the work are some of the hardest working people you will ever witness. This was a big job, and this team not only got everything done on time and kept things spotless, they came back to deal with a minor problem that was a separate issue and fixed that as well! At no charge!!! Do yourself a favor and call these people if you need gutters or a dry basement. You will not be disappointed.

They did the job as expected

The office staff was responsive and very professional. The person who gave us the estimate was extremely knowledgeable and offered us solutions to our drainage problems. The installers were clean, on time and did a great job.

The men worked tirelessly to install French drains. One worker was awesome, explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions. Awesome job. Not a drop of water in my cellar.
