They sent out a very dedicated team of installers. Despite a turn in turn in the weather with freezing cold winds, the two men took the time to install and test the gutters to make sure that they were draining properly. The sales rep provided me with several options with varying costs and explained them well. The office staff was professional and courteous. I obtained 3 quotes and they were price competitive and scheduled me within two weeks of accepting their quote. Highly recommended.

I Used Advanced Basement systems after doing some research. They were on time, professional, courteous and efficient. I particularly want to speak to their customer service skills. Everyone I dealt with was sincerely interested my satisfaction with the job. This crew works really hard. I recommend Advanced Systems!

Pretty expensive gutters and they get clogged alot. There is a good five year warranty on them.

Robert was very knowledgeable and communicated easily regarding what was needed. The workers who did the actual basement waterproofing were very professional and courteous and hard working. I may have to wait until the snow melts next year to be sure that all the water will be pumped away, but so far, not a drop despite all the rain we've had. My only issue is that it took 5 and a half days instead of 3 and a half, and people didn't always come exactly on time. But overall they were great to work with.

my basement went from wet to dry in a day. this company is prompt, knowledgeable, respectful of owners' property. they did exactly what they said they would do (and a bit more as a courtesy). i was a bit skeptical going so far from my local area, but what can i say but, 'they know how to fix your wet basement.'

My house was built in the 1800s and the basement and foundation needed lots of repairs and mold remediation. Robert and his team did a fantastic job. Robert wrote up a very detailed estimate and there were no surprises. Very easy to work with and very responsive. They showed up on time, every time, and completed the work in the timeframe agreed upon. I was able to review the work throughout the project and they promptly addressed and anything I was not happy with. They even helped me with some plumbing and other issues we uncovered while the work was occurring. Nice to find a good crew with knowledgeable, experienced people coordinating the project. I am a satisfied customer.

Work required was done well. Back door was left ajar when they finished. Plastic screw anchor was in garbage disposal. Drywall remnants (powder, etc.) left in pile in front yard. Two small tree branches knocked off tree. Also, toilet did not flush and toilet seat was left up when they left.

Robert gave us a fair price and explained what needed to be done and provided a few alternatives. He responded to my questions during and after the job was completed. Roberto and his crew were polite and never hesitated to explain what they were doing and why.

Hands down the best most professional people I have hired. Unfortunately for us, we hired MR. HOME the first time and it was one of the biggest mistakes of our lives. THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY EVER. They left our basement even worst than when they began the work. Unfortunately we should have done a better background check on those clowns. With a name like MR HOME, you would think real professionals.. THEY ARE NOT AND FAR FROM IT. They did such a horrible job, they didn't even come back for the difference that should have been owed to them had they done the job correctly. Luckily for my family and I, We found Advanced Seamless Gutters. Konstantin, Robert, Duma and the rest of their Highly skilled crew are amazing at their craft and were able to pick up the Literal pieces of devastation the MR HORRIBLE HOME left behind. They are true Professionals and provide excellent customer service. I will absolutely refer them to any one I love.. But if you hate someone send them to MR. HORRIBLE HOME ADVANCED SEAMLESS IS THE GREATEST. :)

They did a great job. Roberto and his crew were very polite and professional. They also went out of their way to keep me informed of what they doing. The workmanship was great. I would recommend them anytime.

I had researched several other companies & decided to go with Advanced Seamless Gutters. Their price was reasonable, installers were professional, did a great job & they too patiently answered my questions. So happy for my choice and highly recomend this company if you are in need of a good gutter system that requires no maintenance!

When we were faced with a horribly moldy basement, a groundwater problem, and the feeling of being overwhelmed with it all, Konstantin, Vlad, and Robert provided an awesome sense of security and care. They are very knowledgeable, and will be very honest with you about the courses of action necessary to remedy your issue. When you call them, they take care of you. Their experience in these matters shines through the moment you meet with them. We quoted other companies more local to us, and they were overpriced and provided an extremely underwhelming customer experience. Call them if you have any sort of basement or gutter issue.
