Description of Work: These people are extremely competent, honest, attentive to the needs of the client, likeable, and quite reasonably priced. We replaced all the gutters in our historical Victorian house in Northampton, and were completely satisfied with the work done.

Description of Work: It went well except for a miscommunication regarding an item that I had said that I wanted installed same day that job would be done. Item wasn't on truck when they arrived however. It was still on order. I asked them to obtain it before starting job and they went to Home Depot and got it, without making any fuss about it. The gutters and downspouts are very good quality, as was the manner in which they were installed.

They showed up on time, worked very hard and finished earlier than I expected. The entire job was completed in 1 day. The only problem I had, and it wasn't their fault, was that they didn't honor a coupon that was offered by ASG Gutters, which I assumed was the same company.

Overall, I was satisfied with their professionalism, responsive and price. A couple of the workers did have loud voices though.
Description of Work: I hired ASG to replace the gutters on the front part of the house and to clean the remaining gutters. They did an excellent job.

it was pretty clear cut. they knew they would be replacing 2 sections of gutters. they replaced some mis aligned sections and one dented section for free and gave a price break on the combined repair/cleaning quote. they sent out 2 guys and they were efficient.
Description of Work: they replaced 2 sections of gutters on my colonial house and cleaned the gutters. all problems were solved. they were prompt when they finally arrived after a small snafu.
