+ -1 moreAfter 2 weeks went by I left my first message on their voicemail. Asking for a call back and a status. Waited another 2 weeks and spoke to the person who answers their phones. Explained that I was looking for a call back, price quote, etc. Til this day I have not heard back from this company, You would think that the president of the builders association would at least have the courtesy to return my calls. I normally would not go public with something like this but I need to voice my frustration. Not even a phone call saying, I got your message, etc. Nothing.
Description of Work: Andrew Crane (President/Owner) came out to our house to scope out the work that was requested. He was very professional, pleasant and knowledgable. He had some great ideas. He said he would get back to me within 1-2 weeks with a price quote. If we were to hire him, he could start within one month.
