These are some of the least ethical people that I've ever met. They installed the floors in a way that looked great up front. They either didn't know what they were doing, or didn't care. They didn't remove the adhesive from the old hardwood floors. When the heat kicked on, the floor boards started separating, ending in a total loss of the floors. I had to spend another 11,000, starting from scratch. After inspections by representatives of the flooring supplier, my insurance company, and Minas's insurance company, everyone agreed that it was improper installation. The Minas installation contact had to leave the country. I believe that he legitimately left the country. His name was Douglas. However, Rodrigo, Eder, and others also worked on my floor. They simply refused to fix what they had done, using the most elementary and apparently effective way out of a problem -- not responding. I would have been willing to buy more floors if they would just have worked with me to install them. But they wouldn't acknowledge any of my correspondences. Even after winning a court case against them, they woulnd't pay for damages. They frequently change addresses, and authorities just can't find them. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS! I don't want anyone else to be victimized because they wanted to give a small company a chance. There are a lot of good small companies out there, but this is not one of them. The Better Business Bureau gave them an F. This review will probably serve useless, as I'm sure they will (or have) simply changed their company name and address. It is sad how easy it is to get around the law sometimes.
