+ 0 moreGeorge was incredible. He listened to our needs and aspirations for the future. He set us up with a highly efficient Bosche gas heating system. And hot water. And provided us with enough expansion stubs in place to grow. If we decide to expand the house or redo the basement. We have enough BTU's. And we can setup the stove,dryer,and even gas grill, later on. He worked with us on helping to get our Mass save loan. And helped us in getting our rebate. And the system he setup with the plumbing in the basement shows a high level of professionalism. We get compliments on it, to whom ever we show. Even my father inlaw is impressed. And he's not easily impressed. This coming from a man whom spent 40 years in the construction business.
Description of Work: He installed a brand new complete heating system. Including the plumbing.

+ -1 moreCall someone else or pay for rework & unfinished work. He agreed to take 30 minutes labor off the bill. It should have been about 1.5 hours.
Description of Work: The plumber was 1 hour late (he did call). He did not know how to install a Bosch Dishwasher. He started taking the dishwasher tubes & insulation off. I told him that probably wasn't necessary. He opened the directions & read them for about 15 minutes. A bosch dishwasher was the same installation procedure as any other dishwasher. I realized I was paying for this time & I was not happy. He said the directions were confusing. I asked him if I could read them. They were not confusing to me. At that point I told hime to start working on the Kitchen & bathroom faucets & not to finish the installation of the dishwasher. He had a helper with him who was texting about half the time. A nice kid, but I was paying for that. The removal of the old dishwasher went smoothly except he forgot to disconnect the electric wire. He kept telling the helper to pull harder??? After the third attempt he figured out his mistake. The faucet installations went OK. The bathroom fixture cold water output was significantly lower than the hot water output. When I asked him about this he didn't know why but said he would take it apart again. He found that there was a screen in the cold water pipe to prevent deposits. Should he have known this ahead of time, I'm not sure. The elctrician he hired for the hot water system never showed so we never got to that job. I was glad though, I wasn't sure I wanted him doing any other work. I called the Appliance store where the dishwasher was purchased & they sent over CTS plumbing (Chris). The dishwasher was installed quickly without using the directions.
