I was very happy and I used an Angie's List $99 Big Deal special for this one-time service. I am never here to let them in so having a cleaning service is a hassle for me. It took a while for them to come out after I bought the special.

They never returned our call. We left a voice mail. I don't know if they are overwhelmed with service or what the case.

Renata and her staff have done a great job cleaning my house, as well as being super fast. Scheduling was very easy and Renata has been flexible if/when I need to change a date. My house is 1600 sq feet and they are done within 30-45 minutes. The house always looks great when they're done. I get just a basic service of dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen (no appliances or windows). All the beds are always made and trash taken out as well.

We were in need of new housekeepers and found Renata and her team through Angie's list. Renata returned our call in a timely manner and scheduled an appt that was convenient for both of us. She provided and estimate and outlined a list of services provided. We scheduled our first "deep clean" with Renata and her team and were very excited about the outcome. First off, I suggested we use the $99 for 4 hours of cleaning coupon from Angie's list. She explained that each person was one our and they arrive for the deep clean with 4 people. If we used this coupon they would not be able to complete the deep clean in one hour so would end up paying more. Instead she suggested a 15% off coupon which would be applied to the 160 quote she provided. This was a great suggestion since she and her team were here for 2.5 hours cleaning! By the end the house was immaculate. They cleaned every room from top to bottom. We have scheduled regular cleanings with Renata and her team starting January 8th.

Ok, not great. It was a one time service and they made me feel like that

A crew came out and did the expected work based on the Big Deal. Good price, above average quality, not stellar. Basic cleaning performed quickly - a little too quickly. They seemed to be eager to get to the next job. Kind of just the minimum effort and time.

They came exactly at 8am, as agreed. The cleaning was excellent. They even moved furniture to clean underneath it, and vacuumed the upholstery. Dusted everywhere and did a great job in the kitchens and bathrooms The floors have never been so clean. They are also very good at tidying things up, even kid generated clutter. I'll definitely be using them again for my bi-weekly cleaning. They bring all of their own supplies, except for paper towels and trashbags, but are open to using other cleaning supplies if you wish it. I, for instance, had them use Bona on the floors (which I supplied) instead of Murphie's oil soap. I'm very happy with the service. .

Renata and her team showed up on time and went to work right away. You need to supply paper towels and a trash bag. Other than that, they have everything. If they find anything under couches, etc. They leave it out for you. They were not able to get to to small marks on the walls, as apparently 4 man hours to clean my house was not enough. Renata explained this and walked me around the house afterwards to check everything they were able to get to. I was very pleased and plan on using them again.

I wasn’t tremendously happy with them. They were very fast and I didn’t feel that they were very careful. They dropped something on the floor that hurt the finish. I would not hire them again.

They were very sweet, very punctual and reliable, and they did a very good job. They did not neaten up items the way some cleaners I've used did - they would mostly work around anything we left out. But they got things clean and the house always looked and smelled great when they were done. On the few occasions something was not done to our satisfaction, we let them know and they were always very apologetic and took care of the issue on the next visit. They were also great about occasional reschedulings.

Renata and her team did an amazing job cleaning our home! Our place never really got a great deep cleaning after we moved in this past August, so it was really desperately in need of one. I am so pleased with the results from their first visit. Everything in our main living area is very clean after months of no attention from me. The upstairs isn't really being used right now except for storage - that being said, it was a mess before with boxes all over the place. Renata and her team went above and beyond by moving boxes out of the way to clean and putting them away in an organized fashion. I am really so impressed with their work. We signed up for biweekly cleaning and I couldn't be happier that we did. The first visit is much more than her regular charge because it required so much more work.

Renata was attentive from the beginning and took good care to do an excellent job.

It went very well. Renata is one of the most professional cleaning services professionals I've ever met. She got back to me right away after my phone inquiry and came over to do an estimate the next day. She was on time!! Which I really appreciated. We scheduled a time for a top to bottom cleaning, and she worked around my schedule to fit the time that worked best for me. You'd think this would be a given, but with several of the cleaning professionals I met with, they were quite inflexible with timing. The cleaning itself was great. As I described above, they really exceeded my expectations. I set up biweekly cleaning with Renata and her team. I'm so relieved!

Overall, it went very well and we were pleased with the job they did cleaning our house.

This was part of a deal and I asked for some additional work in a closet (offering additional money). They did a good job on the floors and dusting, counter cleaning etc. left slightly earlier than I expected and explained their offer had been updated to include shorter hours. Was hoping for some basic straightening of a closet but that is not in their job list.

Tried this service after one of Angie's Big Deals. I have a one-BR condo in Boston. Three people arrived and they were done within 1.5 hours. My issue with Happy Homes is that since I had paid for a certain number of hours, I was hoping that the place would be spotless which it wasn't. Perhaps I should have specified cleaning the windows or cleaning the floors (not mopped, only swept) or dusting under the furniture (the surfaces, not necessarily the floor, that also collect dust) but I assumed this is what a housecleaning service would do. When negotiating a next visit, and when I asked how much it would be (since this was a "deal"), the response was not a set price for my size apt, but instead it was based on the number of people who came. I have found another wonderful service with better cleaning at a better price. Can't really recommend Happy Homes.

Terrible! No response back after three phone calls

I gave their service as a present. They did a fine job but it wasn't perfect.

It went fine. They were prompt. I thought it would include the windows but they told me that was something they didn't usually do. They did clean them to the best of their ability.
