They did a top to bottom cleaning--two floors, seven rooms plus two bathrooms. The place sparkles. They even did the few dishes in my kitchen sink that I'd left because the dishwasher was full.

It was hard to schedule because I wanted a Thursday or Friday. I finally settled on a Monday because I just wanted my house cleaned. They worked quick and efficiently. It's only a short period of time so I set priorities. I did a walk through about 10 minutes before they were done and noticed the upstairs rug wasn't done. So I asked and they completed this task without hesitation. Everything looked great. House smelled good.

I was not impressed. They used Swiffer products, they did not move anything to polish or to dust under and just Swiffer-ed around it. They did okay on the bathrooms but not spotless. They were here when they said they were going to be here and they were very pleasant.

Overall, I was not pleased with the quality of work performed here. I work long hours and naturally before moving in there is a lot to do, so I figured getting a cleaning service to clean our condo top to bottom would be one less task. I wanted a few hours of cleaning and she informed me it would be with a few people not just her to help (resulting in a shorter overall time). From the beginning, I will say she was excellent communicating back and forth with me about an appointment, and also arrived on time which was helpful. I left a list of specific things (most of which any cleaning service would already clean for you). I was so excited to come back and see the place clean. However, when I came back I found many obvious things that were not cleaned; the baseboards in both of the bedrooms looked like they hadn't been touched (there were noticeable juice spills and marks all over them), windowsills, none of hardwood floors looked to be cleaned (in fact, it looked like they just moped around our spackle we sanded off the night before), build up in the cabinets, mold left in the freezer, dust over doorways and closets and the walls were filthy. I am not someone to complain but all of these things I asked to have done to save time were not. If moving in didn't depend on getting this done, maybe it wouldn't have been as frustrating but I had to go back and re-clean the entire house because I wasn't sure what had been done.

I was not impressed with the quality of the results.I got this as a coupon to find a regular cleaner and I definitely did not find that with this service provider. The workers did not seem to care as they were just following a list and they did not show much initiative.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. Initially they were very good so I continued to use them. After a few months of coming, then they were not as punctual and they didn't come on time, nor was there any call that they were going to be late. Often times it was only one person, which was fine, but that person would rush through and leave things undone. Without telling me, the owner handed off my home to someone who had been working for her. This person insisted that the checks be made out to her and I was never told. I found them fair. It was a fair price. If the coupon said 4 hours, I would expect 4 hours. I didn't expect 2 people with the time divided in half. It was a little confusing and could have been clarified better. I would probably give them 2 1/2 stars. The owner has a long way to get to what makes exemplary customer service. She was very pleasant and efficient at what she did and what she had people do. It was a little disconcerting that after a few times, she had two different people come and no one told me that there were going to be different people. There are a lot of things that this person needs to learn about communication and telling me what is going to happen. It was disconcerting to have two complete strangers show up and say they were here to clean my home. I think she is learning. I think I would use them again if I was in a pinch because now I know them.

I have no complaints with Happy Homes Cleaning Services. I used them again. I gave him all "A" for the rating. I'll give him an overall "A" for service. There were no additional charges aside from the big deal purchase. I think I'd used them twice and I was perfectly happy with them. I thought they did a good job and they were able to work around my schedule.

The crew, composed of 3 women arrived on time and did a superb job. My house was spotless and my tub shinned. If I didn't have a clearning company already I would hire these folks in a minute. I bought the service for a friend who could not use it so I did. I highly recommend them. Additonally, they were very responsive and accomodating through email service!

Everything turned out great. They were nice to deal with. My only complaint is they did not put things back where they originally came from.

Happy Homes Cleaning Services showed up on time and there were 3 people assigned to the job - the owner and 2 assistance. They cleaned everything, did a great job, They worked very quickly but nothing got skipped or was missed. If they had questions, they asked and did everything that I asked.

There were challenges in trying to schedule, it took about a month of emails and follow-ups to find a time that worked. However, once we found a date and time (and since there were no weekends available), Renata was very accomodating (since I needed to take off work) to provide 4 girls for one hour to maximize the time spent. She and her crew showed up on time and worked around the construction going on at our house during that day. They did a great job despite our house being worked on and all the girls were very nice, professional and did a good job of cleaning. Overall I was happy with the final product and felt it was a great price, thank you!

The services were not performed. Initially it was not possible to schedule work because the provider was too busy. Later on it was difficult to contact the provider to schedule work. My last email was not responded to. In the end, I'm out the money I paid for services.

I purchased an Angie's List Deal for 4 total hours of housecleaning for $99. While it did take a few phone calls to hear back from Renata after our first conversation about the job, after that the experience was excellent. We booked the job during a timeslot when Renata and her crew had a cancellation and they were right on time. She and two others arrived, so it ended up being 1 hour, 20 minutes of time at our home (which she explained over the phone). I walked them through what we wanted and they cleaned my 3,000+ sq. ft home with lightening speed in that time. I'm happy to say that they were very thorough and did just what I asked. All of the hardwood floors were swept and mopped, rugs vacuumed, surfaces dusted and windexed, etc. My kitchen and 3.5 bathrooms were also cleaned from top to bottom and left spotless. They did an excellent job and I would absolutely use them again and refer them to anyone!

The ladies showed up on time, worked efficiently, and thoroughly cleaned the house in the allotted time.

It was a pleasure working with Renata. She was very responsive to my emails and willing to accomdate changes to our appointment date/time. On the day she and her team were scheduled to clean my house, they arrived right on time and went to work immediately. I could not believe how thoroughly they cleaned the house in such a short amount of time. The bathrooms sparkled, the kitchen was cleaner than it's ever been and the living spaces and bedrooms looked great! It took them roughly 1 hour and 15 minutes for the 4 of them to complete the work. I was very thankful that they stayed the extra 15 minutes to make sure everything was just right. I will definitely hire Happy Homes Cleaning Services again in the future.

It's probably useful for people to know that they love cats, so they're very friendly with them. They come when I'm not home. I would recommend them.

They quoted me $150 for their services. I didn’t use them because they were too expensive.

They did an excellent, thorough cleaning of the house. They were friendly and very easy to do business with. I would use them again. I would suggest that after they finish the Angie's List work, that they leave an estimate for future cleaning. I think that would get them more business.

i ordered it, called them and set a date and time.. they were prompt and did a good job.

I knew there was more than they could do in the allotted amount of time (and they left at the 4 hour mark), but everything was noticably cleaner when they left. They did a really good job.

The team was friendly and fast. Our common areas went from dusty and gritty to spotless in a very short period of time. We were so happy with the service that we'll be hiring them for bi-weekly cleaning going forward.
