Renata arrived with her crew of very nice people. They set to work right away and had a clear mission, each with their own job to finish quickly and efficiently. They even made out toddler's bed and set all the animals up so that our toddler could see all of them when she looked in her crib (she has a lot of stuffed animals). Renata is very professional and does her best to accomodate our schedule when there is a change on our end and is quick to inform us if they are running late due to the inevitable traffic in the Boston area.

HH has been cleaning our 3 BR home for about a year. We started on a monthly basis and have recently gone to an every-other-week schedule. They do a basic but thorough cleaning as outlined in their description. They have always been amendable tweaks in schedule due to special events, or focusing on specific project. I work at home some of the time, so have been able to both interact with, and see them in action. Their staff is responsive, efficient and pleasant.

I have been using Happy Homes for two years and am always pleased with the job they do. They are quick, mostly on time and very good at what they do. I am pleased with their service. I also trust them, which is very important as they re in my home.

I was using them because I had back surgery, but I stopped using them. I would recommend her. I used them for a number of months until I recovered. There were 2 people that I really liked. The first person who I got in touch with, and her colleague. They were terrific, they were very good, and timely. A couple of different women came at one point, and I did not love them. I just thought they were a little sloppier, and it seemed like they were a little too quick. They washed my hardwood floors with a lot of water. They did a good job, they didn't take anything, they came when they said they would come, they were gone when they said they would.

It just was a little too expensive for us to do continually so we ended up going with someone else. They did great work, everything was very clean. It was pretty easy to deal with.

First off, she showed up a half an hour late. I understand things happen, but a phone call would have been nice. She said it would take 4 people to clean my place in 2 hours and quoted me with an initial fee of $200.00 and then there after, twice a month for $150.00. My apartment definitely needs a deep cleaning, but its only 650 square feet, one bedroom, and a 12 x 12 living room, with a hardware floor. I was expecting to pay no more than $100.00 for a first cleaning and between $70-$100.00 a month.

They were great. I used them for about 2 or 3 years until they completely ruined my living table by using steel on it. First, I called them and told them that I didn't want them to come back. I tried to call the main person on that and he told me that the people who cleaned had insurance so I should call them. When I called them, they didn't pick my call so I left a message. They just disappeared after that. They might have changed their number. I had no way of dealing with it.

Over all their service was excellent. They came on time and did cleaning, vacuuming.

The scheduling was a difficult, but the work was fine.

Happy Homes started for us and it's been a good relationship. They are trustworthy and any thing that has come up (something broken, a rescheduling, etc.) has been dealt with professionally.

We used them once. We were interested in finding someone who could provide a more customized cleaning and have since found an individual. The quality of the cleaning was fine.

I called them a couple of time and left messages. I never heard from them. I got this big deal refunded.

It went fine. They were responsive. The pricing was great. I would use them again.

Not well. The vendor never responded to my inquiries and as a result I was unable to use the service.

They took a while to schedule, after I purchased the deal for $65. And then when they came to complete the cleaning, they did not do a very good job.

This went very well. The cleaners were on time and cleaned very fast, taking the apartment from recently inhabited to a warm welcoming home. They even took care of cleaning behind the fridge and oven, as well as deep cleaning the tub.

Flavia quoted me a high price for a cleaning in preparation for photographs and an open house to sell my house. Given the importance of having the house show well, and given Flavia's promise that the house would be spotless top to bottom with 4 people working as long as it took, I accepted the quote on the job. The day of the cleaning, only 2 cleaners showed up. They broke a blind and, rather than tell me about it, set it on a shelf for me to find later. They worked from about 8:30 to 7:30, a very long day because 2 (and for a few hours, 3) people were doing a job planned for 4. At the end of the day, Flavia asked me to tell her what still needed done. I was flabbergasted that she felt this was my job. I pointed out streaks on the granite countertops and grime left in cabinet handles, and she and the worn out pair that had come to do the job of 4 slogged through these last couple tasks, but it was clear they were exhausted and wanted to leave. |There was some very good work done. The ovens were well cleaned, and a filthy utility sink was cleaned up. But there was enough left at the end of the day that I was up till 4 am finishing the job. Overall, I was very disappointed. Flavia only returned one of 3 calls I made to tell her I was disappointed at her work. In the call she returned, she tried to assert that it made no difference that she only sent 2 cleaners when she promised 4. She didn't make much sense. She never addressed the broken blind.

I had used this service a few times previously and it was decent. Although they were consistently late, including one time more than 40 minutes late. However, the price went from 80 every two weeks to $150 because they hadn't been there in a while. However, they took less time than any of the previous visits and did a substandard job. Specifically the bathroom was not really cleaned very well. I was very disappointed and have not used them since and I will not use them again.

Excellent cleaning company but it was too far away from their office to continue the service.

It was a decent cleaning, nothing earth shattering. Bathroom was done well but some places were still a bit dusty.

They were very quick and very thorough. Everything turned out fine.

Renata came to my home to give me an estimate and I explained everything I wanted done and she understood. She quoted me a price ot $200 and then called me back and said it would be $170 because I was a member of Angie's list (15% discount). The day of the job Renata called me and said she would not be there as she had to take her daughter to the hospital. She said her staff knew what had to be done and they were good. When they finally showed up, Renata was with them. She said she had to go to the mechanic as she could not shut off her car as it would not start again. She came in with her staff and spoke to them about everything, as they did not speak English. Before she left, she asked me for paper towels and a trash bag. I would have thought they would have their own. When they finished, they knocked on my door and I went down to go over the job. I saw that they did not clean the shades on the windows, the shelves in the bedroom closet and the floor in the utility room had not been washed and the closet where the meters were located had not been vacuumed, all of which I had gone over with Renata. They had to call Renata as they did not understand what I was saying. After they left, Renata did not call to see if I was satisfied with the job. I called her and left her a message that I needed a receipted bill for my records. I did not hear back so I called her again and she said she would send it which she did. Then i noticed that her staff had not cleaned the oven or the broiler in the stove. She said that she would come back a week from Monday to do the stove. However, she had a cancelation that week and came on the following Friday, August 23rd. In the meaintime, I moved out the cabinet beside the stove as it was free standing and there was a pile of dirt and trash behind and beside it and the floor was filthy. When I mentioned this to Renata she said they don't move things. I had pulled the refrigerator myself, so they had cleaned behind it. Otherwise, they probably would not have moved that either. Again, Renata asked for paper towels and a trash bag. Mind you, before they arrived I had sprayed the oven with Easy Off, as I wanted to make sure it was cleaned properly. they came in with a spray bottle of some kind of cleaner, which would not have touched the dirty oven, They also left and never asked if I was satisfied and never sai good bye. All in all, the apartment was not cleaned to my satisfaction. There was'n any furniture to be moved, beds to be made or dishes in the sink. It was really dirty and that is why I hired Happy Homes. I would nevert recommend them
