I had experience with one previous cleaner and their service was spotty after the first visit. I am delighted with Happy Homes. They are professional, prompt, friendly and flexible. I leave the check and my house is sparking when I get home. They even cleaned the fan vent in the upstairs bathroom! I swear I will go without food before I go without this kind of service! Their cost is reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone.

Happy Homes is very organized -- both time they've been scheduled they have arrived on time and followed up for feedback afterward. The cleaning was thorough and went beyond what I expected. They made the bed and straightened up the rooms, besides just cleaning. I have signed up for a regular cleaning with them.

The service was great overall. I would recommend ensuring that you and Joe are on the same page regarding exactly what rooms are to be cleaned and if any extra cleaning is required, such as inside the refridgerator, stove, etc.

Joe and Priscila clean our townhouse every three weeks .... they are very responsive to phone calls and e-mails, and they always do such a thorough job. It's such a treat to come home to such a clean place!

This team of Joe and Priscilla and their companions are hard-working, thorough, and dedicated to doing things right. On top of that, they are always pleasant to deal with. They take pride in their work and care very much about pleasing the customer. They will do extra tasks as requested, or just because they want to make the house look nice. For example, Priscilla hand-cleaned our crystal wall sconces, doing all 18 crystals in each sconce. When this team leaves, the house looks like a new place.

One week prior to the first cleaning, Joe came by to give an estimate. He noted problem areas, such as our cabinets, that hadn't been cleaned in years, and quoted a fair price. That in combination with the other reviews on Angie's List convinced us to hire him. He brought a large team for the first cleaning. They spent two hours attending to all the details. We went out for lunch while they were here and by the time we got home they were just packing up. The only thing is I wish I had stayed home to comfort my cat, who apparently cried while they were vacuuming. They were very attentive to my needs regarding the cat, though, keeping appropriate doors closed and making sure he didn't get lost or hurt. We have gotten a quote for subsequent cleanings on a monthly basis, and will be following that schedule. The monthly cleanings have been quoted at $110 for two people's work, with notes that he, of course, cannot know what condition the place will be in when he returns. The house is spotless and we are very happy. They cleaned things that I didn't even remember being there.

We could not be happier with the cleaning service that was provided. They arrived earlier than planned on a Saturday morning and we noticed them waiting outside as they did not want to catch us off guard or too early on a weekend morning. We were asked what was important to us, what kind of cleaning agents should be used, if we had any particular concerns, etc. When we discussed having them come regularly and we suggested that once a month would be sufficient, there was no pressure to have them come more often. I cannot say enough good things. We would recommend them to anyone.

Joe came to give an estimate and was extremely nice, punctual, and informative. He seemed very experienced in a "post-construction cleaning" which is what we were looking for. He pointed out the importance of cleaning the radiator baseboards and vent openings; we hadn't even thought of that before. We were also pleased that they use HEPA-filter vacuums and will do an "eco-friendly" clean if requested. We received a few estimates from other good cleaners, but Joe seemed the most knowledgeable and helpful. On the day of the cleaning, he and the crew were on time and totally prepared. The crew of 2 spent the whole day cleaning, and the Joe came at the end of the day to finish up and look through everything. He called us when they were finished and he *insisted* that we look at the place to make sure we were happy before paying. We went the next morning, took a look, and were completely impressed. They did an EXCELLENT job. We found a few small things that had been missed. Before we could call Joe, he called us to see if we were happy. We mentioned the small things that had been missed and he was so nice and helpful and he came back to clean later that day. They addressed everything that had been missed, and did an amazing job. We are going to try to keep the house clean on our own (good luck to us!), but if we ever want/need to have a professional come back, we will definitely call Joe and Happy Homes. They really did an excellent job.

Happy Home Cleaners came to our home and gave us an estimate. We accepted and made a date for the cleaning. They estimated it would take about 5 to 6 hours and it did. I would hire them again and in fact I did. They get a very high mark from me and I am very fussy. Good work from good people.

I think they quality is so-so because there was a time constraint and they didn't get everything done well. I think they don?t have much experience cleaning kitchen things like the stove which was greasy. The price was reasonable. I noticed that there was still some dust left on the window panes after they came. Everyone was friendly and the owner is very nice. I would have them come back for simple cleaning.

The project went beautifully. Joe was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He came to give an estimate, then returned with his crew another day, arriving right on time. The work was with care and experience. Joe called afterwards to check in and make sure we were pleased with the cleaning.

I've used these housecleaners twice since I moved to my new house last week and I will definitely set up a regular schedule with them. The first time they came out we had already moved in and were about half-unpacked, but the floors were a mess and the attic as well as the basement laundry room needed a thorough cleaning before they could be used. The second time was a more standard cleaning. Both times they did a fabulous job--even pointed out and fixed some loose floorboards in the attic. They are efficient and thorough and very pleasant to deal with. We've tried other cleaning services in the past and this was far and away the best experience we have had.

I was given an estimate for the first cleaning which was very extensive. Then they gave me a bi-weekly estimate. They do superior work.Therefore, I have decided to use them regularly. When my basement flooded they went out of their way to help me mop and clean it. They are extremelyreliable and trustworthy. They take pride in their work and are building a business. I recommend them highly to any family or business who wants superior cleaning

This company is excellent They are very responsible and thorough. The first time I used them, they first assessed my cleaning needs, gave me an estimate and systematically did the initial cleaning. I was very happy with the service and chose to use them on a regualr basis. They call me a few days ahead of each cleaning to verify the day they will come and what has to be done.
