They did a deep cleaning.Or as deep as you can be within 2 hours. It was Joe, Priscilla(the owners), and Fabian. Just a hard working guy. They were efficient and courteous. Explained everything that they were going to do. They were cvey detail oriented. They responded to specific requests. They were extremely competitive from a pricing standpoint. Good communication. They had to arrived later than expected but they called in advance and made us aware that they were going to be late then arrived on time when they said they would. They were very willing to work with the customer to make sure they are happy. Also made sure to call and make sure if there was something that wasn't up to par. They were very careful with all the items they cleaned and treated them with respect. They were just very personable and hard working.

The three women arrived with all their equipment at 8 am, right on time. I have an extremely hairy golden retriever who tracks in all sorts of debris so I was very interested to see that they moved chairs and tables to get under and behind things. Most of the house is carpeted and they thoroughly cleaned the areas I always miss. They cleaned all surfaces in the bathrooms and kitchen, leaving the counters, tile and stovetop glistening. When 20 minutes or so were remaining on their 2 hours, they came to ask what else they could do. I had eliminated the guest room and sewing room from their tasks but they did them both, managing to nicely work around all the projects on the floors and shelves. I took advantage of this Angie's List special because I have never had my home cleaned by anyone but me! I am hooked. They were a delight and I'll give them a call to clean again, without the special rates!

I called. Joe called back within twenty-four hours. We arranged for him to come by and give me an estimate. We agreed to terms and they have been coming every other week since. Joe is articulate (as is his wife Priscilla), kind and his teams are unbelievable thorough. True Professionals.

My first experience with Happy Homes was the four hours of cleaning using the coupon special for $65. I was very happy with this service. They had great attention to detail, Joe went the extra mile by scrubbing down scuffed walls in my front hall and along the stairway. I have since hired Happy Homes to clean my house on a biweekly schedule. They are very reliable and also flexible if I need to change the schedule for my convenience. Their cleaning has been thorough with good attention to detail, as promised. They do an excellent job cleaning my wood floors, I have had prior experiences with other companies where they have left the wood floors wet. Overall, great service, reasonable price (house is large) and very reliable.

First time cleaning my house, using Angies List Big Deal coupon from November. Joe got back to me within a few days of my leaving a message, no problem setting up a time/date for cleaning. His wife, Priscilla, and a helper showed up at the appointed hour (a little few minutes late, but not a problem, and they stayed for the full 2 hours plus some, without my asking). I went over with Priscilla what I wanted her to focus on, what to avoid (scrubbing new stainless steel appliances, as I had a problem many years ago with another cleaner that overzealously cleaned and scratched my old stove top): kitchen, bathrooms, and family room. They also dusted and vacuumed in the livingroom, front hall, stairs, upstairs hall, and master bedroom, skipping the kids' rooms and guest room as I asked. I got a deep cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms, everything sparkled. They are thorough in vacuuming, including behind the bed and furniture. They missed a couple of spots, but I think there just wasn't enough time to do everything. They worked very hard for 2 straight hours. I supplied the cleaning materials because I wanted them to use my non-toxic cleaners. I was very happy with their work and hope I can hire them again. It was a joy to see the house so clean! I had no communication problems with either Joe or with Priscilla. They were both very responsive to my needs and I was sure to communicate all of my particulars in advance. I had used the service for a cleaning in a rental property last fall and again, excellent work, no problems. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We were very happy with the cleaning Happy Homes Cleaning Services provided. We tried them out through Angie's List's Big Deal opportunity and so the deal for the services we received was a fabulous value. The two women that did the cleaning were really lovely - they were clear and realistic about how much cleaning could be done within the amount of time we had purchased and helped me prioritize my choices. I was so impressed with how much energy they put in for 2 hours - they did their absolute best to get as much done as they could in that time. I was also appreciative of their sensitivity to my children (one napping - so needing quiet near his room - and the other afraid of the vacuum and shy with strangers - they were very sweet with him). And Joe made the phone calls and checked in with me about the service - he was easy and enjoyable to work with. Our budget does not allow for this to be a regular service in our life currently, but we will certainly consider their business if we find more flexibility in our budget.

Setting up apt. fine. Arrived on time. Did a fine job. Requested one change in cleaning product. They obliged.

Communication was laughably terrible from the very beginning. 1st attempt to schedule, I leave my home and work phone #'s. Joe calls my home, but without introducing himself, and gets my name wrong, so my husband justifiably assumes that its a wrong number. Does leave a message at my work phone. 2nd attempt to schedule, I manage to reach Joe and am told that they will "be in the area" in about 4 weeks. That seems like a long time to me, but we agree on a date. 2 days before this appointment I get a message from Joe at my home number in which he specifically asks if it is possible to change our appointment. As I have made plans around this, I call him back and say that no, it is not possible. I will expect him to show up as scheduled, but if that cannot be done, then he needs to call me specifically that evening at home. I get no such call. The morning of the appointment I wait and wait. I call half an hour after expected, and he tells me he has called to cancel that morning. I later discover he has called my work (not as instructed) and left a message 5 minutes before he was expected at my house. I'm pretty ticked off by now, but he says I can pick any time for the rescheduled appointment. Fine, the following week at 3:00. New appointment date, there's a message (at my home phone this time) at 11:00, asking where I am for the appointment. I call and remind him that we had an appointment at 3:00. Of course, the women are elsewhere, but should make it there by 4:00. They do come around 4:15. I will grant this - the cleaning was exceptionally good for the brief time that they were there. It ended up being 3 people for an hour and 20 minutes, and they did a great job on the areas they got to. My house is big, so not as much got done as I might have hoped, but since this wasn't an ongoing relationship I was content with what did get cleaned. So if you can get Joe to actually call you, schedule an appointment and keep it, it might be worth the effort, But for the brief amount of time of this coupon special, it was more work then it should have been.

The first four cleanings we struggled with them not showing up at the correct time. The ladies seemed to have been told a different time than I was each week. I took my two little kids and dog out of the house for the cleaning, so punctuality was important. They also showed up one week when I had canceled them (Christmas) and didn't come another week when they were scheduled. We seemed to have finally worked this out by mid-January. However, I had called Joe on three occasions to report on specific areas of the house that were not being cleaned. Each time he said he would talk to the ladies and make sure it didn't happen again and that he or his wife would come by to check on the work. Part of the bathroom floor was clearly not being cleaned and there was always food still on the floor around our table. It looked like some weeks they didn't mop the floor at all, which is necessary with the kids and dog. Also the cleaners were there for less and less time each week. He had estimated four cleaners for 1-1.5 hours and the last cleaning the three cleaners were only there for 45 minutes. After the third complaint I said I no longer required their services so he gave me a free cleaning and finally personally came by to check on the work. They came two hours before they said they would so I wasn't there to talk to him, but went over the problem areas with him on the phone. He said he would make sure those areas were clean. I came home to find they hadn't even been touched. There were cobwebs in the kitchen, dirt so thick on a doorframe that you could see it from the ground, and food still stuck on the floor under my daughter's high chair. What really bothered me was that you could still see his fingerprint on the top of the doorframe and cabinet door for when he had come to give me the estimate in November, telling me that these were areas that they would definitely clean and areas that I probably didn't even know were dirty. At least Joe was easy to contact and talk to and promptly returned my calls. At the end of the day, however, we paid hundreds of dollars for a mediocre job. I could have cleaned better than that, which is really saying a lot.

I purchased a coupon from Angie's list for $65. for an hour of housecleaning services by Happy Homes Cleaning Services. I called the service, left a message and received a call back from Mr. Pinto in short order. I told him about the coupon and the job and we arranged the time. It was as easy as that. He checked back with me to confirm the time and place. Mr. Pinto is efficient and reliable and very nice. What a great find! What a great Angie's List Coupon.

Really good job. fast, efficient and first rate results

We opened our door and in came an entourage of women armed with cleaning supplies. They jumped right in and started cleaning - I left to get out of their way! I was called an hour later and told they were finished (yeah right! I thought) so I went home and OMG the place was immaculate! These ladies do NOT mess around. I ran my finger atop some of the picture frames on the walls... spotless! I looked behind some furniture... spotless! I looked under our bed.... spotless!! Stainless steel appliances... spotless! For the size of our apartment, the price was a steal. We look forward to having Joe and his crew back into our home in the near future!!

Did not get intial cleaning discount. Arrived 1 1/2 hours late second visit and didn't call. Complete no-shows on 3rd visit. Joe called to apologize, but no amends made.

I wanted to try using them to test if they would be good for cleaning the house once or twice a month. It's a husband-and-wife company. She was punctual. She came when she said she would. He called me right back. She was right on time with the estimate. She actually helped carry my shoes out to the door. I thought the price was probably average.

The cleaning was good, but it is very difficult to schedule with them which is what the reviews said on Angie's List. We bought an Angie's $60 deal with them. They were very pleasant and they did a good job, it's just very difficult to schedule with them. That was the only negative, everything else was fine. They are very nice and asked for feedback, but their scheduling was awful.

It went great, I plan to use Joe and his crew for every unit turnover in the future.

It was okay. It was worth the money we paid for the Big Deal, but I wouldn't pay full price. We pointed out we really wanted the ceiling fans cleaned and when we checked after the service was performed many of them were still pretty dirty. We have a small house and, for four hours of cleaning, expected that things should have been pretty much spotless. They really weren't. The crew also apparently poured floor cleaning solution on our digital bathroom scale, permanently damaging it. We understand accidents can happen, so that didn't bother me so much, but we had to ask the owner three times for a check to cover the cost of the scale. The owner was friendly and accommodating (he didn't even ask for pictures, to prove the damage, but I didn't like having to chase our money.

The crew of two arrived late, after I had called to find out where they were. They started immediately and worked non-stop for 2 hours. Aside from being about 90 minutes late, they did an excellent job with the kitchen and bathroom, which are always the most difficult. They wiped the floors, vacuumed, and dusted the rest of the house. They did a great job in 2 hours, and managed to mitigate most of the dog hair that was around as well. They took all their equipment with them, and left me with a clean place!

Overall, the experience went very well. We were able to negotiate a reasonable price for the work that was completed. I'm happy with their services and I would recommend them to others.

They provided 2 women for 3 hours. They made the bed, cleaned my BBQ, and really paid attention to the details. They actually finished the specified work early and were happy to tackle other projects I was planning to do myself. I was amazed they asked for more work after an average company would have ended their day. I have been very impressed with their services so far.

Joe Pinto and his team come every week to clean our five bedroom house. They have been helping us for about five months now. They are very thorough and the house looks great after they are there. They bring their own products and vacuums which is very convenient. Because both my husband and I work, we were only able to show Joe around the house on a Saturday. He came right over the day we called and gave us a fair quote. It took a little while for his team to know our house and our style, but that was probably because we aren't home when they come to clean so they really had to figure it out themselves. They are very flexible, changing days if necessary and they were great about fitting our house in before Thanksgiving, even though it wasn't our standard day. Joe is always pleasant on the phone and extremely responsive to any special requests. I would highly recommend Happy Homes Cleaning.

They did a great job. They cleaned up after my house was struck my lightning and had to be thoroughly renovated and the house was a mess before they got there. I had one issue with the bathroom groute but I emailed him and he said they would be back to take care of it right away. He is going to come back twice a month from now on and only charge me $80.00 which is a great deal. He is very pleasant. He even came out to look at the house on new years day - a holiday which is pretty unheardof. There is no easy way to get to our house before of the location and he still came out. I wasn't home at the time so I had to leave the key in my mailbox. They thoroughly cleaned up the mess and put the key back in the mailbox when they left. My french doors have never been so clean!

Responded to one of the "big-deal" adds and hired Happy Homes for a four hour cleaning service. Joe was easy to deal with, responsive and responsible. Prior to my appointment I received an email that Joe's computer had crashed and was asked to call his number to confirm my appointment. On the day of the service, three very friendly hard working women arrived and within minutes there was a tornado of activity in my house. It was cleaned top to bottom - the only thing I didn't have them do (because of how cold it was) was to wipe down the sliders - I have two dogs who leave nose prints on them. The glass was too cold to clean and the drapes are pulled most days so there nose prints don't stand out. I would strongly recommend Happy Homes.
