Renata and her team swept in and out of my new 3 bedroom colonial empty house in an hour and a half. top to bottom cleaned. Bathroom sparkled!!!!! Did a great job, I recommend Renata and her team to anyone.

I sent an email to request information and received a timely response (within 24 hours). We set up a time to meet and Renata came and did a walk-though of my home. I was requesting an "initial deep cleaning". Renata gave me a good price for the job ($170 for initial clean), accommodated my difficulty schedule and we set a date. I have a cape with a large finished basement that includes a second kitchen as well as a full bath. The main house cleaning included 2.5 baths, kitchen, living and dining room as well as stairs/common areas. Renata accommodated my difficult schedule and arrived on time with a team of four. They were all extremely pleasant and I was very comfortable having them in my home. I was extremely satisfied with the results and will be having Renata's team cleaning my home twice per month going forward. The price going forward will be less expensive.

They came on time and did an exceptional job cleaning the entire house. They cleaned the kitchen, including the insides of all the cabinets. The house had been vacant since my parents passing in 2010. I had all the furnishings removed and now it needed a thorough cleaning prior to being put on the rental market. They did an exceptional job. I have their number in my files and will call them again between rentors. LOVE THE JOB!

.We order the 4 hours special discount and schedule the appointment via email. Renata responded right away and make a tentative appointment schedule. We also requested for the insurance proof and it did took awhile before we got the detail but everything is good. The crew show up 10 min. later than our scheduled appointment but it's not big issue. They did a very good jobs of cleaning the required tasks and we are pretty happy about the services. The only minor issue is they left a bag of trash and did not take it with them and also, they didn't mention that we should provide the paper towel. Overall it was a very positive experience and will be using the services again.

The overall experience has been very good so far. They are always on time and very friendly and professional. The best part is that there is at least one english speaking person with whom you can communicate in case you cannot speak Spanish or Portuguese, which has not been the case with other cleaning services I've had before. Ours is a 4 bedroom - 3400 Sq Feet home and it takes 3 people approximately 2 to 2.5 hrs to clean. They make sure to clean the countertops, stove top, sink, bathrooms, vacuum and mop the floor, remove cob webs if any, they make the bed - change sheets, wipe all appliances and also take the trash out once they are done. I've not had any problem with any cleaning products they use, I really like the smell of it when they finish cleaning. I would definitely recommend "Happy Homes Cleaning service" to any one.

They did a good job and were accommodating to my schedule. They came out on a Saturday and it seems that nobody does that anymore.

I had 6 man-hours of housecleaning and they sent a team with a supervisor in to do a blitz clean of the house, starting upstairs and moving downstairs, cleaning thoroughly and rapidly. I felt comfortable with them in my house. They were pleasant and worked hard. The only thing that took a little while was to figure out a date that worked. It helps to ask which day of the week they are in your area. They offer options for weekly, monthly cleaning etc. at different price levels.

It went well and they were very nice. I just asked them to clean certain rooms. I was very happy with them and they did a good a job for the price.

Great cleaning job. Four woman whirlwind crew, who did just what we asked, and did it well. There were some scheduling and communication problems, which were a little annoying, but other than that, there were no issues.

We first used Happy Homes because of an Angie's List deal. Several months later I realized I really needed to have regular cleaning, so we had them back in for a heavy-duty clean and then regular cleaning every other week. It has worked out great.

Her team came in early and managed to clean our entire home. The team were very efficient and diligent, and left our home in a very clean and tidy state. We are very happy with the work.

Renata was very responsive to my phone call. We were able to text regarding meeting times and directions. She was one time, professional, and helpful. We talked over quotes and discussed options and it was very easy to understand one another's point of view.

The cleaners came and did a good job in the time they had. I had an Angie's List Coupon for 6 hours of cleaning, and a team of three put in 2 hours getting into all the corners. (I could have used them longer to complete the task but that was the amount of time we had scheduled.) The team was great and they did good work. My only problem was with scheduling. I had tried calling before the summer when I first got the coupon, but never reached anyone, and then tried again in the fall. Finally I emailed, and got a quick response to that. So don't call, email. I'll use them again.

Overall I like their service and I am continuing to use it. The price is quite reasonable compared to what I have paid in the past. When it comes to flexibility, they are awesome -- did not complain about a last-minute change in schedule when we had an emergency and were happy to accommodate our changing needs in that regard. I have a crowded household -- eight people ranging in age from fifteen months to eighty-two years old -- and work full time, so have stressed that I want them to pay particular attention to the kitchen and bathrooms. These are reasonably clean when they are done, but not quite as sparkly as I would like, and there usually seems to be at least one thing that's been overlooked. I make sure we've tidied up before they come, and don't expect miracles. The house is definitely cleaner when they've gone, but doesn't have that overall wow factor that I've had with cleaners in the past. For professionalism and flexibility, I give them an A; for performance in terms of cleaning, a C.

They have always come by in a punctual manner and have been responsive to special requests when I needed to reschedule. The cleaning is performed for what seems a fair price of $100 for a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house. The employees are friendly, courteous, and professional. There is a fair amount of attention to detail, and the crew has been helpful with specific requests. For example, there is one bathroom that is particularly prone to mold growth and when I remember to ask, the crew will treat the shower with Clorox and will spend more time than usual on that area. Overall, our house feels much cleaner from the extra help and we will continue to use the cleaning services of Happy Homes.

Hi. I bought a Big Deal for cleaning the house, and I wrote to Happy Homes to set up a cleaning. i never heard back from them, so I was disappointed. Now my Big Deal has expired, and i spent $99 for nothing.

Prompt, reliable, friendly, cooperative, competent. They arrive on time and work efficiently and quickly. The team of 3 work well together.They don't waste any time. I now have them come every other week and it makes a big difference, They answer calls quickly and are flexible if you need to change times. I highly recommend them.

Happy Homes cleaning service did an excellent job. We called them on short notice and they changed their schedules to accommodate us. We left them alone to do their job. After 4 hours of what I am sure was intensive cleaning, we arrived to move into our new home. It was spotless! I cannot thank Renata Aiala and her helper enough. We will definitely use them again.
