Description of Work: I purchased the big deal cleaning special for my disabled mother as a Christmas present. I contacted the company via email a week before Christmas to ensure they provide services to the Haverhill, MA area. Now, 2 weeks out, they finally responded to my email letting me know that they do not provide service to Haverhill. It would have been nice to know a week ago considering I let her know right away that it was going to be a Christmas gift and I needed to know as soon as possible. The company should really update their service area on the site as it appears this is not the first time someone bought their deal outside of their service area.

Description of Work: This company never provided the service, I was living in Westboro, MA at the time and after I purchased and called, they said it was outside their service area, but I was never reimbursed for it. It just got forgotten about.

Description of Work: I bought a big deal to have them clean my house. I called both numbers they have listed and left messages for them to call back to schedule the cleaning. I never heard from them. So I called Angies List and had them reimburse my money. I won't give my business to companies that don't call me back.

Description of Work: Called them in May 15th... and within 1-2 days he called me right back. And once I mention I have purchased the coupon/deals for $99 ..he said his wife going to call me back to make an appointment but ....until Now.. no one call, left messages..but no one return my call. So I was wonder.. is it because I purchased the deal is that why they don't want my business??? If so..then why did they offer the deals for? if they don't want to do it. .

Description of Work: I bought the big Deal offered by this company. I've called them 5 times and e-mailed them as well -- no response. I am cancelling the Big Deal I bought from them -- and am submitting a thoroughly negative report on them. I would like a confirmation from Angie's List that my money has been refunded for the amount of $99. Please confirm and tell me which credit card it was refunded to. Thank you. am

Description of Work: The vacumed, dusted, washed counters and floors. Cleaned sinks and bathtub. This is the second time they have cleaned our house doing a great job each time. I would like to to use this service again. The house looked great.

Description of Work: Used this service for 6 months: January - June 2011. Paid a premium price! However, Happy Homes could not stand the test of time. Cleaners simply started not showing up-at all.. The first time they were no shows I let it go-they said had scheduling difficulty. the second time (two weeks later) again no shows. So, excellent work when they first started cleaning. Then the cleaning service was just ok. then they didn't even bother to show up to clean. Services: dust, vacuum, woodwork, bathroom, folding clothes.

Description of Work: I live in Boston and was looking for someone to clean my apartment every 2 wks. on a Thurs. morning. Happy Homes owner, Joe Piscolo, was able to accomodate my schedule. Cleaning was done promptly. I like that a 3-person crew comes in and the work is done quickly. Crew is very responsive to requests for redoing anything that I think needs further cleaning or that I would like done differently in the future. I There was one snag initially when I wanted cleaning off the 2 week schedule. They were happy to clean at a different time that day so everything worked out OK. Since then, everything has been fine. Price is reasonable. I actually pay more than was originally agreed upon due to parking issues in Boston and good service. Happy Homes cleans the apartment every 2 weeks.
