Came on time checked every apartment and basement , put stations with poison. Spent may be an hour. I paid $700 where stated 12 month Service done oct. 23. Now mice back but Alex not responding on text, voice mail, email. So I had to hire someone else I cant wait till mice spread out all over

We were very pleased with the service. They were on time and the gentleman (Alex) was very polite and professional. Would recommend them. Cost was very reasonable.

I had noticed a lot of bee activity on the top of my house recently, so I did an Angie's List search and found A&J. Right off the bat they were very responsive. I went with my gut and hired them right away. We made an appointment and Alex came to the house. He was very knowledgable and friendly. He makes you feel very comfortable. I had also noticed that birds decided to self-quarantine with us in my tenant's air vent, so he solved two problems for us at once. I thought I was going crazy with the bees because they never seemed to be around when you need them to be. I figured they would think I was crazy. However, thankfully Alex showed up at the right time and saw an entry way for the bees. I was happy to know that I wasn't going crazy! He sprayed my entire deck/roof where they were hanging around. What I really appreciate is that the work is guaranteed and they will come back over the summer should the bees decide to find their way back to me. I really appreciate when companies guarantee their work. Although most people don't want to see pest people again, I look forward to working with them in the future. I will absolutely use them yearly to spray around my house for bees. There's nothing worse than sitting in your pool and having bees dive bombing your head! I am a very happy customer and I highly recommend this company!!

I enjoyed working with Alex from A&J Pest Solutions. He did a thorough inspection of our house (which is a 2 family including a basement) and pest proofed any areas that needed attention. He was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He did not try to sell us anything we don't need. He will be back for another inspection in 2 weeks. I look forward to his next visit and would definitely hire him again

Alex and Josh both responded promptly. They finished a nice job and gave 6 months warranty. It was the second time I hired them and I am very happy with their services.

A week after Alex & Brendan placed bait stations based on my reported sighting of a large mouse, we discovered it was a different rodent and contacted them. They returned and placed the proper traps, located and patched all foundation openings they could find. This prompt response has had good results. I really appreciate that they patched the crevices and did not rely exclusively on traps. Their work is guaranteed for a year, and they come by to check on traps at intervals. I would recommend them to others!

A and J Pest Solutions provided timely and professional response to situation. Joshua was courteous, personable, and most importantly very knowledgeable! He shared his expertise and communicated very well what he saw, planned, and how we was responding in addition to what we can do as next steps. The home owner feels a sense of relief now having had the services of A and J Pest Solutions. Price is very reasonable especially with the year long continued support from A and J Pest Solutions!

I would definitely use them again. We called them because we had rats burrowing in the front yard. They responded right away. I actually called and didn't leave a message, and they called me back from the number I called from. They were very responsive. They sent me a text saying they could come out right away. They talked me through what their suggestions were. They were pretty reasonable. I feel like they are accessible so if I do have problems in the future, I can contact them again without any issues.

Fantasic. Frank Diaz was a pleasure to work with. He and his partner humanely "chased" the skunk(s) out with a one-way exit and secured the foundation. Great attention to detail, and very easy to communicate with via text messaging and phone calls. The job was also priced very well; a competitor told us his services (for the exact same work) would cost more than 2x what A&J charged. A+, guys! Thank you.
