+ -1 moreThey arrived right on time, did the work efficiently and honored the quote 100%. Ken did a few extras and didn't charge which was very nice. All in all it was excellent. I would definitely hire Wink Electric again!
Description of Work: Ken and his Assistant replaced two bathroom lights; installed a bathroom heater/light/fan/nightlight; installed a new outlet in the bathroom; installed a new breaker box replacing the old fuse box--this required 2 additional circuits; installed two additional lights in the back hall and outside; troubledshot a non-working outlet; replaced a dimmer, disconnected an old doorbell.

+ -1 moreWe had a very close call with our dryer plug and dryer outlet deciding to melt together as I left dryer running (as I usually do) before bedtime Sun night. Luckily I discovered the problem before a fire could start. We called Ken on Monday morning hoping he could stop by later in the week. He came in the same day! He replaced the outlet right away and came back the next morning right at 8:00am as promised to replace the dryer's plug. We are extremely pleased. We will certainly call him whenever we need electrical services done. Thank you, Ken!!

+ -1 moreThere is no story from start to finish because they never responded to my calls. I found another electrician.
Description of Work: I did not, could not use this company because they did not return my 3 phone calls. Each time I called a family member answered the phone and did not identify themselves as Wink Electric. They took the message but I never got a call back. Two other times I got an answering machine.It was a frustrating experience.

+ -1 moreProfessional, efficient, courteous. An electrical crisis a number of years ago---water running into the circuit breaker panel on a rainy Thanksgiving--he came out and addressed the problem ON Thanksgiving morning and saved my holiday--very impressed....and thankful! Highly recommended!
