I used STR Properties to do a small renovation to enlarge our laundry/utility room. They were very professional and protective of other areas of house where they were working. The communication was excellent during every phase of the project from scheduling, material choice as well as how any issues will resolved. I will definitely use them again for my next renovations project.

My kitchen was completely transformed. From the initial meet and greet to obtain and discuss ideas and what would work best for my space, to providing an estimates and the time frame that the work would be done was handled very professionally and with care. They completed everything in a timely and professional manner. I was kept up to date with any changes and discussed with how those changes would affect the look from what I initially decided upon. This gave me the opportunity to make sure we could still continue with plans that were close and even better than what I initially wanted. This was my first renovation and they took all of the overwhelming pressures away and made me very involved so the final product would be to my satisfaction. I will definitely use them again for other areas in my home as I renovate one space at time. They really made me feel like my satisfaction was what matter and the finished product definitely proved that. I am very happy with their services!

Bob did an incredible job. He came to my house and we discussed everything I wanted done. He completed the kitchen first and it looks amazing!! Bob did all of the work himself and his attention to detail can’t be beat. He removed 2 walls taped everything off so the house didn’t get any dust. Bob then did the floors the cabinets and the backsplash! He exceeded my expectations. I then had him remodel the bathroom and it’s gorgeous. He brought my vision to life at a very reasonable price. Bob also redid the entire area around my pool. The pop of color and placement of the flowers is amazing. He is currently redoing my basement and turning it into a master suite. He works around my schedule which is so nice. I would recommend Bob to anyone who needs any work done. He is very clean which I love. At the end of the day he will clean everything up. His work is very impressive.

Called me back, came when they said they would, performed the work. An area in my ceiling in my living room had water damage and STR came in and patched it up and made some excellent swirls to match the existing ceiling. Then I needed some tiles replaced in my bathroom. Tiles got replaced and matched up. In both cases they cleaned up after the two jobs. I would hire again

1000% amazing workmanship. Easy to work with and hit all deadlines. Would absolutely use them again in a second. You won’t be disappointed!
