Our seven year old Bosch dishwasher quit working Sunday (12/28) night. It started to make a loud buzzing and grinding sound and then stopped working. Based on Brian Sheehan's good reviews and proximity, I called him first thing Monday morning and he answered right away. He took down the model number of our machine and scheduled service for Tuesday. He arrived within the scheduled 2 hour time window. As we expected, the motor had failed and he was able to replace it during his visit, in about a couple of hours. The cost covered the replaced motor, the service call and time spent. Overall everything went well, no complaints. We greatly appreciated his service during the holiday week.

The fridge temperature did lower a bit when Brian replaced the fan, but it came back up to 60F after a few days. Brian came back after a few days and was unable to solve the issue. He recommended that we defrost. We did so several times over about a 1 month period, and it would always help but never solve the issue. The temperature would always increase to ~50 to ~60 F after a few days. Brian made two more visits, but was unable to solve the problem. Brian made several attempts, but in the end I basically wasted $300.

I called Brian Sheehan on a Sunday afternoon and he answered his cell phone! I explained to him my Maytag washer that was less than 5 years old stopped working. We set up a house visit for the following Tuesday morning. Brian arrived exactly when he said he would. He was professional and pleasant to speak with. He was able to get my washer working again, without replacing parts. He told me he expects my washer door latch/lock might be on it's way out. I will definitely be calling Brian to come out and replace the latch, should it fail. I called on Friday morning after waiting for another service provider for three hours who didn't show up. Brian ( think he name is) had me text my information to him and although I couldn't give him complete info on the stove, he took a chance and came out hoping he had the correct part. He did and it was repaired within two hours of my call. Amazing!

We called Brian to our house because our washing machine was making an odd sound. He came out right on time and checked out the washing machine. He told us that basically it was running well and would not really be worth fixing it. He told us to just keep using it and it should be ok. He charged us $65.00 for the service call, which is usually $75.00, but because we found him on Angie's List he gave a $10.00 discount. I feel he was very honest and I would hire him again if needed.

Great experience! We woke in the morning to a defrosting freezer and warming refrigerator. We called Sheehan's on a Saturday morning, and had a call back within 10 minutes. He managed to work us in the same day. He came out that afternoon, quickly diagnosed the problem to a blown relay on the compressor, actually had one that would work on his truck and had the system cooling within the hour. Nothing but high praise for Brian!

Bryan Sheehan came, and he is the owner of the company. I was very impressed. He was very efficient and cheerful. I would have him back any time.

We originally called Brian for a repair on our Kenmore electric range. He asked us for the type of oven and the model number which we gave him. He researched to see if he could get parts and then called us that it wouldn't be worth paying him for a service call since parts were no longer available for our 23 year old oven. He was so honest. We decided to buy a new electric range and hired Brian for a difficult de-installation of our old oven and a capping of a downdraft ventilation system from the range. He was so accommodating and came right away since I was receiving my new stove within a day. We would definitely hire Brian again without hesitation. He is prompt and calls you before he is arriving, brought a drop cloth so he didn't ruin our hardwood floors. He did a great job and was very reasonable !!!

Great! What a nice guy! He came in when he said he would, checked the washer to find out why it wasn't draining. It required a motor that he had to order overnight, he was back the next day and fixed it. It is working great! I recommend him without reservation!

Brian was very responsive. He came on a Saturday as a normal work day. He was courteous, respectful and thoughtful. He was very reasonably priced as well. We would use him again for any appliance repair or service.

Got his name from Angie's list that stated he gave free estimates. He came to my home and checked out the washing machine and said what it would cost to fix it. The cost was prohibitive, so we decided to forego fixing it and buying a new machine. It my opinion, this should have been free. It was an estimate. He charged us $65.00 and called it a house call. How can he give us an estimate without making a house call?

Brian came to diagnose my ailing dishwasher and we agreed it needed to be replaced. He quickly researched and found a great option and within two days was back and installing the new dishwasher. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Brian was great. I previously called Sear's repair dept because that is where I purchased the stove 14 years ago. Two guys showed up and seemed to be content charging me $79 and informing me the job could coast approx $600 so I should purchase a new oven. I was really upset with this info and obvious lack of desire to even try to fix the stove! The only thing wrong was one pilot would not light. I found Brian on Angies list and he looked up pricing on parts before he visited came back twice within a week and fixed the store for 1/3 of what Sear's quoted. He was very professional. I will never call Sears repair again and will just call Brian instead.

This is the second time I have relied on Brian for appliance installation. The last time was for a new automatic dishwasher. Brian is professional, punctual, courteous, helpful and reliable, and his prices are reasonable.

Brian was on time and professional. He even included an Angie's List discount without me having to ask for it! I would recommend him and wouldn't hesitate to contact him again.

After two service calls it was still not fixed. Went to a different service and it was fixed the first visit.

It went well. Brian could have scheduled an appointment to come out and do what he told me how to do on the phone. I was very impressed by that. While I assume I will have to schedule a repair appointment, I'd rather do it during normal business hours when I'm not frantic.

Brian was great. Returned my call immediately, he was both friendly and professional. He came out to fix both a washing machine and an oven. It was right before Thanksgiving, and Brian made sure that the oven was fixed in time for the holidays.I would recommend him highly.

My gas oven was making a terrible, high-pitched whistling sound each time I turned on the oven. The sound continued until the selected temp was reached and then each time the oven kicked on to maintain it. (This was very h****** my dog!) National Grid was called and determined that it wasn't a gas leak. The National Grid person service person had never heard the sound before. I called Brian and had the good fortune he could come over fairly quickly the same day. He had never heard this sound before either. After spending some time gently moving the oven away from the wall, removing the bottom drawer and vacuuming under the oven, Brian methodically tried and tested various things to rule out the source of the problem. He finally determined the source was an extremely small part with a very small imperfection. He cleaned off the part and re-installed it. He tested the fix a number of ways to ensure the oven remained noiseless. He also made note of the part number so he can get it for me should the noise return. I'm very grateful to have been able to get Brian's time so quickly. He could have sold me additional parts I didn't need. His work ethic sets him apart from many others and I'm delighted to have found him. I will HIGHLY recommend Brian to all my friends and will get in touch with him again when appliances, etc. need his expertise.

The cost seemed a little high, but it was worth it to have it done so quickly. Also it's been a long time since I've had an appliance repaired-- so his rate may well be comparable to anyone else's. I would definitely call him again.

The work took a little more than an hour and was done efficiently and professionally. We were Brian's second call of the day and he was about 20 minutes late, but he did call at the end of the original 2-hour window he had given me. Not a big deal. The price might seem high but this is a high-end oven and the 3-part element itself was $112 (actually less than what I could have bought it for on-line). He took a little more than the Angie's List coupon 10% off the bill. I am happy with the cost and the out-come and would readily call Brian again.

It went well...Brian explained what he was doing and asked the questions about what precipitated the problem. Will see if ice maker works, if not will have to order a new motor which will be more costly.

Brian was very responsive when I called the first time to try and get the washing machine fixed on a Saturday. He checked with his parts supplier to find out if he could get the parts that day but it turned out he had to order them. He came the following Saturday morning (due to my week day schedule) and fixed the washing machine and dishwasher. For the stove he diagnosed the problem and ordered parts and replaced the touch panel on his second visit today. He was very pleasant, neat and took care to get it fixed right the first time. I'd have no hesitation in using him again. While he was here the first time, my neighbor saw his truck in my driveway and called him to take a look at his dishwasher. On his trip back here today to fix the stove, he's fixing their dishwasher.

We called Brian on a Thursday afternoon. He returned our phone call promptly and told us the time he would be at our house on Friday. He came when he said he would and performed a careful analysis to diagnose the issue. He ordered the part while he was with us, to ensure that it would be delivered over the weekend and available for installation on Monday morning. He gave us a time estimate of his arrival on Monday and called a half hour before he came. He replaced the pump, ensured that the machine ran without leaking water, and answered some general questions we had about the model and the manufacturer. We are very pleased with Brian's professionalism and expertise and will use him again.
