He responded in a short time and in his busy work schedule he made room to help us in our emergency, when he finished his work, he took his time to explain us and gave us some advice to prevent major accidents. Very thankful, I would recommend his services and definitely hire him again.

He was in the area and stopped by the house within one hour of my first call. He quickly discovered the problem and got us up and running with another relay. He said he would need to order the exact part for our unit and it would be a few days but the relay installed would work until then. He came back a few days later, finished the job and I could not be happier.

Brian showed up on a Saturday on time. The repair took less than an hour. Brian had the parts needed with him. He was very nice and professional. A real down to earth guy. His pricing was fair. I would recommend his services and definitely hire him again.

Refridgerator/Freezer stopped cooling but the lights still worked. Brian pulled the fridge out from the cabinet space and took a look at the electrical boards and saw one was singed. He replaced the board and voila, everything is back to normal. Job well done. Only ding is the price was a bit steep as the board was $180 and the time spent was 1 hour. From the receipt, it looks like he charged $75 for labor and $75 for travel time. Not sure if the cost to commute (15 miles) to the job site is customary. But I'm happy to have my fridge back and avoiding the time/trouble of buying a new one.

We had a Whirlpool Gold dishwasher that was about 6 years old that would only run for about 10 minutes and then stop. Called Brian and scheduled an appt. His truck had issues so he cancelled the first appointment but then showed up for the second. Brian diagnosed the issue as a bad computer board within minutes. So quick that I was doubtful. But we ordered a new computer board (~$150), he came back installed it and the dishwasher has worked perfectly every since. Brian was right after all. Would definitely hire him again

Brian had to order a new fan for the fridge which arrived earlier than expected. He installed it with no problems. And the fridge has been working fine since.

Brian responded quickly to both calls and with the last needed repair he came out the day we called him, and it was a Saturday. He was very professional and did a great job. We will be calling him soon for a broken ice dispenser in our fridge.

Brian determined what part was needed and ordered it. When he was told the price of the part he called me to say that the part plus labor was more expensive than a new wager and that I should look for a new machine. Very much appreciate a contractor who is open and honest about pricing. I will call him again.

Brian was great. He was able to work within my schedule. He came figured out that the fan was bad and was able to give me a temporary one so my food would not get ruined and then came back to replace with the correct one. Would definitely recommend and hire again.

Repair has worked well. Dishwasher had been improperly installed by someone else so he reinstalled it and replaced the broken rack. Punctual and professional.

Great -- the response was prompt and he was able to come and fix our machine for a reasonable price, thus saving us quite a bit of money! We'd definitely recommend.

Had a fridge with a non-cooling freezer section. Checked several places to get an idea of the minimum cost for an evaluation (range was $75 to $189.) Brian was able to come the next morning after my call (others had wait times of up to 9 days). He diagnosed the problem, advised me it was not worth fixing. I only had to pay the minimum fee, nothing extra for time. I was very impressed, compared to what else is out there in appliance repair.

They are great. It was pretty reasonable. We switched because we had heard good things from our neighbors. They came once, fixed the problem, very reasonable, very responsive and I was pleased. The first time was a very complicated repair and he needed a part. So he ordered it and went to another job and left me in charge of taking all the food out so he could fix it and then he came back. The second time he only had to replace a part and only charged us for the part. Knowledgeable professional and reasonable. He left the area spotless.

I called because my dryer wasn't working. He couldn't find anything wrong with the dryer, but he said he would continue looking into it and see if there were any issues with that model number. I never heard anything back, but I liked him and I would hire him again. His price was fair compared to other repairmen.

Brian returned my call promptly to set up a date and time to swing by to access the issue. He showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He did not have part in but said he could get it within a day and said he would call to set up a date and time to do the repair. This was on a Thursday and he figure it would be early the following week, however he called Saturday morning to let me know that he got the part late on Friday and had some time and asked if we were available to do the repair that morning. Brian was very professional, prompt and upfront about the cost of the part and the labor...no surprises. I would recommend Brian to anyone and will definitely give him a ring the next time I need an appliance repaired.
