+ -1 moreOur lawn is 6,000 square feet. grub control. This company has changed owners. It is a national chain now. When I call, I get someone in Tennessee. Once I cancelled services due to too many reasons to reiterate, the kept showing up and charging me. I cancelled in January. They showed up in April. Thank god I took notes of the phone call. Once example of poor services: we wanted just aeration every fall. Each time they also over seeded and charged us for both services ($135.00). Our lawn is 6,000 square feet. We asked for grub control.... After many treatments, I still dug up grubs. They also charge for analysis of the lawn and we never got results. Our neighbors used these guys and one by one we all changed after getting fed up. Go local, the response has been so much better.

Description of Work: They do our lawn seeding and fertilization. They also help get rid of the grubs.

+ 0 moreI've used them for 2 years. I like the price. It is a very good price. They are fine as long as I keep after them. They will make good if I am dissatisfied and let them know. If I hadn't delayed on a few things I probably wouldn't have them this year despite the price.
Description of Work: I am using Prescription Turf for lawn fertilizing and they also do my shrubs and trees.

+ 1 moreI've been very happy with them. If there is an issue they come out to fix the problem. They have a highly quality of work. They communicate well if you request it.
Description of Work: They take care of our shrubs and trees. They also take care of the grass.

Description of Work: PTS showed up to our house unannounced and started spraying our trees for adelgid, which we never authorized. I didn't know they were there until I walked out into my driveway and the rep was standing there, having just sprayed the tree that hangs over the driveway, which proceeded to drip (POISON)on my 7 year old son, who was standing next to me. My car was also soaked with the spray. When I asked her why she hadn't rung the doorbell, she said a neighbor said we were on vacation. ?????? They did respond when we called into complain, by saying I should wash my child's skin and clothing with soap and water. I had already done that, thanks, I'm more concerned withwhatever his skin had absorbed before I got him to the sink. This is the most serious, but not the first time, that PTS has screwed up something to do with our lawn care, the others are too numerous to count and not as terrible as this was. We have canceled our contract.
