I called to have our central AC unit checked we rent and haven't had AC since last summer.kevin was extremely patient with me trying to find the problem. He fixed it for us while also explaining to me what my options were and what each may cost. Highly recommend them and if possible request Kevin.

We were having difficulty with a basement pipe that went into the main sewer line. We Knew it was clogged, but we didn't know to what extent. It was was essential to solve the problem so that we wouldn't have water in the basement due to a blocked pipe. Pedro came to save the day! He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely skilled. He was able to assess the problem of roots in the pipe and remove them. The pricing was very fair and not overpriced. Thank you Pedro and Milltown Plumbing & Heating for providing rapid service that was done right. It is greatly appreciated and I highly recommend your company. It is such an asset to have Pedro working on your team!

Had a gas 40 gal. hot water tank replaced. I thought was a bit pricey. Though the tech was nice, explained things and did a good job. I thought that 1750.00 was a lot of money. And that's with a ten percent senior discount.

The technician and electrician were both very respectful, knowledgeable, provided all options, were open and honest about why they recommend the service chosen, helped in obtaining the financial services, walked me through the entire process. The technician went above and beyond making sure the. After the water heater install was completed he performed a safety inspection on my heating system, cleaned the debris from the flute into the chimney, made a few tweaks here and there to make sure my system was performed to his satisfaction. I was extremely appreciative of his care, concern and professionalism.

Everyone I dealt with at MillTown from Jay, the technician, to Jason, the Project Manager, and the installation techs were fantastic.

PADRO explained everything as he went along , cleared the blockages in a timely matter, and cleaned up when he was done., I was impressed and very much so satisfied with the work. I would hire this company as well as Padro again and refer them to anyone who needed a plumber.

We were dealing with a relatively major leak in a very old tub/shower. We're planning on a complete re-do within the next few months, but couldn't survive as is and didn't want an expensive replacement that we'd just rip out in a couple of weeks. Other plumbers told us that our 3 handle set-up was just too old and couldn't be fixed, but from the moment Tim came in the door, we were in good hands. He told us he wouldn't leave until he had it fixed and he was a man of his word. He was able to rebuild stems that were at least 30-40 years old. He stopped our leaks and got us fixed so we now have months before we need to get someone in to rehab the bathroom. It's the difference between negotiating a rehab standing on a tightrope and negotiating one with your feet planted firmly on the floor. I have no doubt that he saved us more on the rehab than we payed for the repair. He also installed a new kitchen faucet while he was there. MillTown is now our first and only call for our plumbing/heating/AC/drain cleaning needs.

Had some intermittent issues with gurgling from toilet for several years. Pedro gave me several options and decided on the high pressure flushing of main drain line to the town line which worked out great. A partial block was found. A follow up with a camera snake inspection found the line to be in decent shape for its 45 year age. More than satisfied with their professionalism performing the job and the clean up afterwards. Like they were never there. Great job.

Overall, very good experience, I highly recommend using Milltown; our gas furnace cutout and we found ourselves without heat; on two of the coldest days of the season mind you; found Milltown via Home Advisor; between the app and Milltown, great follow up then customer service, like the lady from dispatch (wanna say Diana? Sorry); the highlight was our plumber Kevin M., very professional yet down to earth; very knowledgeable and most notably honest about the work; educating me along the way, he determined there was a failed switch; long story short from here, replaced it and got our heat up and running again. We would like to say a BIG thank you to Kevin, I will recommend him specifically.
