Your plumber Chris was fantastic! Fixed all that was needed for now. However your pricing is double the amount of a regular plumber. My next project I will be using someone else do to a 50% pricing difference. That is a lot. Nancy Benetti

Pedro did an excellent job. He corrected problems created by a previous plumber and left things running smoothly.

Once they came out, everything went smoothly. I would hire them again. But at first, they missed a few appointments, which I don't think is typical. They blamed COVID and the winter (technicians in quarantine, loss of heat emergencies, and my issue was not an emergency, so I understood). Eventually the manager got involved and made sure a technician came out as planned. From there, everything went smoothly.

Derek, the technician did a great job with the installation. Not only did he do great work but he is also a very polite and professional employee. He explained everything to me and answered any questions/concerns I had. He was extremely careful coming in and out of the house while working in a tight area. He is an asset to the company.

First, it was refreshing to have someone come into my home that was both professional, courteous, and obviously enjoyed their work! Jay is awesome. I had him at my home in August for air-conditioning repair; then again in September for a furnace issue. Both were quickly diagnosed and Jay left with my system operating. I definitely would recommend Jay and MillTown.

Work was good, price was outrageous. Company uses flat-rate pricing. When asked about high price, was told they average out all the jobs and come up with standard price.

He really kept us informed about what he was doing, and he took the time to answer our questions and teach us how to use and maintain our system better going forward. He talked to us about what our A/C issues were and options to resolve them. After he fixed our system, he double checked that everything was working optimally before leaving.

Our AC unit failed at the end of last season. Jason from Milltown came to our house to review our needs and made a recommendation to our satisfaction. I reviewed all of the data supplied and being an engineer I was totally satisfied with their recommendation. In addition the price was better than I expected. They came early this morning to install a new AC unit with a heat pump. Scott and Joe were are installers plus three others showed up later to support them. My wife and I are in our mid seventies on a fixed income. When our existing system failed and being confined to our home, we had our backs up against the wall. Milltown Plumbing & Heating respected who we are and bent over backwards to help us to have a comfortable home during this pandemic. We are truly grateful to Milltown Plumbing & Heating for helping us and we highly recommend them for your AC and heating needs. Wes M

My central AC system had gone several years without service so I wanted it brought back to peak efficiency and this is exactly what Jay did. After changing some parts and cleaning it, he pronounced it as running perfectly. Jay was very friendly, courteous and professional and his can-do philosophy assured me that the system would be running well and I could depend on them to keep it that way.

Most of us are well aware that service calls for any home repair leave us all a little apprehensive. Some businesses focus more on the bottom line, and in turn, the quality of work suffers for the customer. This isnâ t the case with Milltown Plumbing and Heating when I called them to service my central A/C which wasn't cooling the house. Even though my unit is in need of replacement, Jay, their Field Service Technician was able to at least get the A/C up and running. He was honest and straightforward in assessing my problem and suggested I meet with a comfort advisor in regard to a new central A/C unit. My experience didn't change. The comfort advisor I met with gave me a variety of options for a replacement unit, again he was courteous and honest.
