The customer service experience was fantastic top to bottom. I submitted my info online and got a call 10 minutes later. They were friendly and professional and were able to get someone out later that afternoon. Pedro arrived promptly and was professional, courteous and upfront from the second he got to our home. He quickly diagnosed the problem, laid out the options and then went to work. He quickly fixed the problem while making sure to communicate with me regarding all the work he did. He did a great job and was a pleasure to deal with.

They were able to run a new wire from furnace to thermostat. They left few drilled holes in the wall which were fixed and painted within same week of service. Overall good work and good customer service.

Milltown plumbing always provides great service and excellent work. Kevin, the technician, took the time to explain options, benefits and costs prior to giving a detailed estimate of the work. He even taught me a few new home maintenance tips along the way. I would highly recommend MTP for any plumbing job large or small. You can be assured the job will be done correctly the first time.

The maintenance went well. Informed about my system and steps to maintain it thoroughly. Very happy with results. Have always had oil furnaces and my expectation on price was based on that experience. So I was very surprised at the price to do maintenance on a gas furnace.

They did great work on a tight schedule. We were leaving on a trip and they completely installed a new boiler in a few days to prevent our pipes from bursting while we were away. Customer service was great and the price was competitive.

The people who came to my house were very professional and explained the problem and options to correct the situation. They did the work quickly and left the site in clean condition. The person in the office was professional also and worked with me to arrange the time for their plumbers to do the work at my convenience.

I was out of state when my heater failed. My housemate called Milltown whom said they needed my permission as homeowner to go to home. Once given, they willingly dealt with her. The serviceman, Justin L., was very friendly, professional, and courteous. Was confident he knew what was wrong. After inspecting everything, Justin repaired the problem and even performed another repair that was needed. My housemate was very pleased and impressed with Justin We would definitely use Milltown again, and we would highly recommend them!!

Called to have a smart thermostat that I bought myself installed. Told them I did not have a C-wire, but had a fast stat common maker adapter and gave them the model and picture of my furnace wiring. Said they could do it but wouldn t give an estimate until they had someone physically come out, which I was told was $85 but could be applied to the total order. Upon having someone come out, the technician told me he had never heard of the adapter (which was recommended from the manufacturer) and the only real option was to run a C-wire. Quote for running the C- wire 20ft and hooking up the thermostat was $760. Needless to say I declined and did the work myself in about an hour and less than $20 for wire. Not pleased that I wasted $85 for them to come out and give me an outrageous quote. Customer service followed up and I told them my experience but they didn t do anything to help the situation. Would not recommend based on my experience.

My house had very loud banging whenever the heat was on. I needed the line purged of air. initial cost was 500.00! For 20 min of work. The technition that gave initial qoute then revised the amount to a more reasonable 220.00 He was informative and helpful. Had they charged that much I would have felt like I was robbed. They did a good job.

Doug came on time, evaluated the problem with my heater and very quickly resolved it. He gave options in terms of the service - a less-expensive option and one that was a little bit more but had advantages. I'll use them again this spring to keep my AC running well.

Bad experience because it took to long to do the job. 4hrs.to replace a spray nozzle.
