Milltown Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical - HVAC

I called on Monday morning and they sent a technician Monday afternoon. (Had called my usual plumber and they couldn't send a tech for a week, no) Thrilled with the office's quick response, plus Ari's excellent explanations, information about next steps, and good work with his good humor.

We noticed some dripping from where the soil pipe began to go through our basement wall to the outside town sewer system. We called three or four different plumbers to further diagnose and repair the leak. We found that several plumbers were not capable of or bonded for a sewer main repair. Milltown was the first qualified company to respond. Cody is there field technician. He came out within the day. He snaked a camera through the entire sewer line - nearly 200' from my basement wall to the street. He located the crack in the the original (45 years old) cast sewer main. With the camera system, he determined that there were no additional faults or blockages in our sewer line. So Cody was able to pinpoint the problem and contain the scope of the project. He provided an estimate for replacing 10' of old sewer line and replacing all of the other original cast piping in our basement with PVC. We scheduled a day for the job. He and his crew showed up on schedule and did the job in one day. The new drain/sewer system looks great and the leak is repaired. Cote and his crew were nothing short of excellent. They were professional and courteous. They completed the job as agreed on time and within Cody's quote. This was a big job. It's good to know it was done right. Milltown will be our "go to" plumbing company from now on.

Get a second opinion on anything major that they say needs work. Polite they were; forthcoming not so much. I paid for a tune up service for my furnace and instead got a gloom and doom story about how my relatively new furnace needed to be replaced because of cracks in the heat exchanger and that carbon monoxide was leaking everywhere. The price of replacement was exorbitant and their financing option was basically a person trying to sign me up with some third party usurious lending company. Terrible experience and wouldn't recommend them to even sweep floors.

Hired Cody for 2nd bathroom renovation. They did a great job. Cody's attention to detail is second to none. He made sure everything was done correctly so that we were satisfied customers. The objective was to unclog a blocked waste pipe and get us back to work. A call to Milltown Plumbing solved the problem. The service technician Cody and his helper arrived on time. They asked a few questions, got their needed tools and within (1) hours time unclogged the waste pipe and more important put us back in business.To summarize,I would highly recommend Milltown Plumbing, they where on-time, efficient at solving our problem at a very reasonable cost. If you do require there service, ask for the waste pipe guru "Cody".

Cody did a great job identifying/diagnosing a leak that I had and was causing a variety of damage to my bathroom. He's been great to work with and extremely professional.

Very honest. They show up when they say they will. They don't gouge you or try to push unnecessary repairs. Very friendly, professional and straight to the point and they give helpful hints to keep my system running top notch. Thoy is excellent. If I need repairs in the future, I would not think of using anyone else.

Mike B was the service technician that came to our home. We needed help in a hurry and Milltown (and Mike) were fast, friendly and efficicent. I was very happy with the work, the response time and the price was very reasonable.

The work was done efficiently and done well. Josh was very likeable and explained when needed. My only complaint was they missed the appointment window by 90 min.
