Overall, very good experience, I highly recommend using Milltown; our gas furnace cutout and we found ourselves without heat; on two of the coldest days of the season mind you; found Milltown via Home Advisor; between the app and Milltown, great follow up then customer service, like the lady from dispatch (wanna say Diana? Sorry); the highlight was our plumber Kevin M., very professional yet down to earth; very knowledgeable and most notably honest about the work; educating me along the way, he determined there was a failed switch; long story short from here, replaced it and got our heat up and running again. We would like to say a BIG thank you to Kevin, I will recommend him specifically.

Purchase through them a 2 and 1 furnace 3 years ago. And I was happy as many other customers said but then my sys stopped working and this was for my tenant unit. Called them and they came and said that the pump is bad and it has happened to other parts warranty then the catch LABOR ONLY 1100 dollars 2 to 3 hrs. They wanted all after the job done or no heat. I had to beg for split payment and did so but the price. Buying and install they are good repair hourly rate is so bad. If install unit that did and breaks do not call them to call other plumbers it might be a lot cheaper. Overrated company. When they were small price reasonable but they got big as there price. So please purchase yes repair after no. Specially they knew this happens to these units.

The company was very kind to me after having a bad experience with another company. Their representatives were receptive to my needs and took measures to get my heat back ASAP. It was their kindness that sold me. The customer service was awesome. They have nice people working for them.

Office staff was helpful when I called; service person came to residence in only a couple of hours, and he was able to fix the problem very quickly. Additionally, Pedro made quick friends with my dog and was not bothered by themI highly recommend Milltown, and Pedro!

This was by far the best service I've had from a company in a long, from start to finish. Pedro and Leo were extremely friendly, diligent, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. They informed me every step of the way about what was going on AND they ensured the area was clean and tightly after the work was complete. I won't be looking for anyone else in the future when I need work done.

Not a thing

Pedro was very knowledgeable and professional. We have had a problem with drainage. The camera showed a drop in the Sewer line and a line pitch problem, going from a 5 feet pitch to only a 2 1/2 feet pitch by the sidewalk. My line was cleared and now I am waiting for and estimate to fix or re-installation of the Sewer line.

I needed a kitchen faucet replaced. I had the new faucet. When I called Milltown, they said they couldnt give me an estimate over the phone, and had to send someone first to see if they could do the job with my faucet. It would cost $85 to do this, whether or not I hired them. The repairman came at the appointed time, was polite and pleasant, and told me it would cost $419, and this was a standard fee. So, it turns out I could have been given a firm estimate over the phone, and had I been, I would have said no thank you and gone elsewhere. It took less than an hour for the faucet to be replaced. Neurosurgery costs less money per hour. I told this to the rep from Milltown who called me a few days later to see how it went. I told them how shocked and disappointed I was with the cost. I said that without a cost adjustment, I would write an appropriate review. It's been a month and no one got back to me. A compete ripoff! Neurosurgery costs less per hour! UPDATE: I was contacted a few weeks ago by the customer service rep who was extremely responsive and asked me what I thought was a fair price for the job, which I gave him, and he honored my request to refund me the difference. Thank you.

Outstanding job! Employees are very professional, dedicated and reliable. However, price is expensive but worth it!

Milltown was exceptionally responsive (before, during and after) the work was performed. Across the Milltown organization, they were responsive to my questions about water heater selection; Mike was responsive and a partner in selecting the best location for the new unit and after, Milltown and Mike were immediately responsive when part of the unit was not operating as expected. Milltown is a solid organization that takes pride in their work.

They keep in contact with you, are professional and clean. Pedro M. was very pleasant and allowed me to watch and answered all my questions. He knows his stuff.The price was reasonable. This company and Pedro lowered my stress about my situation considerably. I can't thank them enough.
