Worker was great; no complaints! I'm a happy customer!

Tech came in and started to give estimate and when told this was already paid for maintenance checkup, he had to confirm with office and then was done in 20 min. Felt like when I mentioned the deal the service quality dropped and everything else was additional cost. Didn't see him testing for pressure or leak but basically did a visual check and cleaning.

As part of a second floor renovation, I needed some new baseboard heaters installed in two bedroom, a pipe connecting them relocated/replaced, and some leaky valves replaced on my boiler. Milltown was one of the only plumbing companies that actually returned my calls, and they were able to come out right away, which was great because it was almost October and was starting to get cold. They did an excellent job with all of the work, and I think the price was reasonable for what they did. They were punctual, clean, and professional. No complaints.

Firstly the guys from Milltown wasted my whole day waiting for them. I had an appointment for them to arrive between 10 - 1 but after calling them many times, they finally came to my place at 3 pm. They checked the faucets and toilet to replace and gave me an estimate of over $1700 for the Faucet, shut off valves and toilet which is exorbitantly high for this job. When we asked them for the breakup of charges, they said it was a flat rate job. Highly disappointed with this and they charged us $ 85 for nothing at all :(:( Not sure how others rated five stars and mentioned they charged between $100 - $200

Really well, service professional was very helpful and very knowledgable.

They were prompt, professional and fairly thorough. I felt I didn't get much for what I paid for. They basically checked a bunch of stuff. They didn't clean anything that I could tell. They then pointed out all the issues with the airconditioner and couldn't do a leak in the system test because it wasn't warm enough. Which is the main reason why you would pay for this type of service. The tech suggested that they come out again (I'm sure at an additional cost) to do more test. My systems are fairly old although they are still working and cooling the house. One systems was down 6 pounds of R-22. I would think they would have been able to take care of it right then but didn't Overall I wasn't to satisfied with what I paid for and they never contacted me again.

Filled out the necessary forms with 3 preferred dates for the service to be performed. Was not contacted by Milltown Plumbing until after the first selected date passed. Agreed on the 2nd date and service was scheduled for Saturday, May 6. On Friday, May 5, received a call to cancel/reschedule the service due to weather (rain). Was told dates were not available until the end of May/beginning of June, but that I could be put on a standby list for Saturday, May 13 and would be called on Friday, May 12. Never received a call. I emailed Milltown Plumbing earlier this week inquiring about a reschedule date and have not been contacted. So, I have an unused voucher, no appointment and the a/c unit is already in use due to the heat this week. I will be asking for a refund from Angie's List for the cost of the voucher and will find someone on my own for the tune-up. Due to the poor customer service I don't have any trust in this company and prefer not to do business with them.

Very well. The unit was very clean & it didn't take long at all.

Cooling system checkup. The HVAC service technician ( Kevin) was professional. Completed the work on time and explained the work done. Impressed professional work and knowledge.I was using the coupon from Angie's list.

My whole experience in dealing with Milltown was nothing but pleasurable. Their office staff are so professional and courteous. They were very accommodating to my scheduling needs, and even called a half hour before their actual arrival. My air conditioning unit is a bit old and it needed more than just a tune-up unfortunately. The servicer was very helpful in letting me know exactly what was wrong and how I he could fixed it and keep the cost down. He also showed me things about the air conditioning unit that I could do on my own to keep it running efficiently. I was very happy with everything Milltown Plumbing did for me and I would highly recommend there services.

The service tech arrived a few minutes after the end of their arrival window. Reception did call to notify a slight delay. No big deal here. We reviewed the steps I took and after some preliminary inspection the tech revisited the system bleed. No air this time. It happens the boiler in question is a Burnham Revolution, notorious for various cryptic failures. We were discussing the inevitable replacement option when he homed in on the primary loop pump motor again and realized it was locked up. It had everyone fooled as it was vibrating as if it was operable, but hot a Hades due to the frozen prop shaft. This gig would probably have summed up @$600 but for the tricky diagnosis and my loquacious tendencies. At least I know who to call when I'm ready for that replacement/expansion.

he replaced the faucets quickly and efficiently. explained what he was doing at every step. and showed us an effective solution for clearing the washer drain by pouring bleach down it. such a simple solution for something that caused us so many problems!

They did it in under an hour. Very happy with their work

It was a last-minute kind of thing, because it was an emergency that happened. They came within 24 hours, was real easy to deal with and got everything fixed. I would give them pretty much an ?A? across the board and their pricing was good as well. They were very professional, showed up when they said they were going to, it was pretty easy to contact them and they did a great job.

Michelle answered our phone call and was very nice and very helpful scheduling an appointment. We used MillTown last year for a similar repair with great results, and were very happy when Mike, the technician who did the repairs last year arrived to do the work. He's very focused on customer service. He's very professional and does outstanding work. He got right to work on the pipe and valve replacement, which took several hours. He worked steadily and left the basement clean. He also gave us estimates on other work we might do in the future. We had a 10% off coupon from MillTown which we were able to use on this work. We highly recommend both Mike and MillTown, and will certainly hire MillTown again when we need plumbing work done.

Went well. Used copper rather than the plastic so was happy.

I called MIlltown and Cody came out within the hour. Due to the size of the job (5-7 days), they scheduled to begin two days later and followed through. The work was done professionally with an attempt to minimize the damage.

The service was terrible. When I talked with them to schedule the appointment they said that the new stove needed to be there so that they could hook it up to the gas line. I had the new gas stove delivered on Sunday before my Tuesday appointment and the electric stove was disposed of. Figured 2 days of eating out was no big deal. They called at 5 minutes to 5:00PM the day before the Tuesday appointment to say they wouldn't be able to come out until Friday! They created an emergency and gave some BS about only having 1 guy licensed in NH. Had to find another plumber last minute to come out the next day. Use anyone else, even Heritage!

Just before our vacation we had a broken toilet flange that I did not feel comfortable replacing myself. I contacted Milltown and their after hours service rep was great and left a message for the staff on Monday. Milltown called me promptly at 7am on that Monday, the day we were leaving for vacation and scheduled an appointment for the day we returned. Staff was helpful answering questions about leaving the existing toilet pipe open while on vacation. I had to work during the appointment time, so my wife was home for the appointment. Sean, the Milltown Plumber, arrived on time and was exceptionally professional and courteous according to my wife. During a break, I called home to see how things were going and got to talk with Sean. He was very knowledgeable and provided me with great information about the issues we facing. I was impressed with the fact that he laid out several options for the job and suggestions for my heating system. He worked quickly and neatly and my wife felt completely comfortable having him in our home. His work was neat, clean, and top notch. We will not hesitate to contact Milltown in the future for our plumbing needs.
