Description of Work: They were hired to assist with the location of a suspected leak in the plumbing ventilation system. They tried to narrow down the source, our homes system is old and not well laid out, unfortunately it still required the hiring of a drain clog specialist to rectify the problem. Rob, the plber we dealt with was extremely pleasant, knowledgable and honest in his opinion.

Description of Work: COMPANY SENT A SOLICITATION TO RESIDENTS OF PRIDES CROSSING CONDOMINIUMS IN METHUEN QUOTING A PRICE TO REPLACE EXISTING WATER HEATERS. WHEN I CALLED THE COMPANY TO COME AND PERFORM THE SERVICE THE PRICE WAS "JACKED UP" BY $600.00. WHEN I QUESTIONED THE REASON FOR THIS FRED REPLIED THAT HE JOB WAS A PAIN TO DO AND HE REALLY DID NOT FEEL LIKE DOING THE WORK.
