Description of Work: I invited Brian to look at installing lawn on my property.

Description of Work: We were given his name by someone that thought he may work out but did not know too much about his landscape work that well. We figured we would give him a call to check him out. We contacted the owner and after several attempts we connected. We reviewed what we were looking for and scheduled an on-site meeting. He came out the next week and we went over some existing plans and walked around the yard. He appeared to understand what we were looking for, and provided some good feedback and suggestions. Our yard is not a small job so finding the right person was key. He said he would draw up some plans and get back to us in a few days. After nearly two weeks, I contacted him to ask how it was going. He said everything was good and had some preliminary designs and could meet with us early the following week. He said he would call the day ahead to let us know approximate what time. We never heard from him, so I called around noon on the day we were supposed to meet to ask status. Left a message but never heard back from him at all. Left another message the next day and again no response. No idea what happened, he seemed personable and eager for the job but guess not. If he found that it was too much to handle, he was too busy, too far or too anything – common courteous would be to let a prospective client be aware so they could find someone else. Unfortunately, that was not done. He wasted about a month of our time where we could have been looking elsewhere. If you do decide to hire them – be cautious, be very clear and have a signed contract.
