We have used their service a few times. The price is very good and they are always on time. They are better than other plumbers that I have used. They have a different system as well and we have used them for about 5 years. They have provided other plumbing work as well.

The dishwasher died the Friday before Easter with 16 people coming for dinner on Sunday. Foster Plumbing installed a new one on Friday before Easter.

They came quickly (next day) at a time convenient for me, fixed the toilet and he was able to get the earring that fell down the drain, which required taking apart the basin and plumbing below the bathroom sink. He worked quickly, was friendly, and charged very little for the service.

They were early, removed shoes when entering my home, informed mei of issue before correcting. They were polite, prompt, professional. It is not the first time I have used them. They are great - recommend them all the time

I was able to have my Thanksgiving dinner with my family and very happy with their quick response.

We had some weather related delays and some part delays. But every step of the way Foster kept me informed of the timing. Despite the issues with the manufacturer part on backorder, it wasn't a problem since I knew Foster was on top of it. Communication is key and they are very good at it. The service was satisfactory. He was able to help me promptly because when I walked into the basement water was spraying into the room. He was here within less than a half of an hour and was pleasant. I was very pleased with the service.

The service was excellent. He did a great job. He was very thorough with his inspection. He found the boiler was cracked and it was better to install an entire new unit because it was more cost effective. His crew was very professional and timely. They had good follow up and they were the least expensive bid for the project.

The gentleman showed on time and was very professional. The work took about 45 minutes. The bill I received showed the labor charge well over $200.00. I mailed the payment with a note telling them of my shock to see them charging three times the normal hourly rate of plumbers. I received no response at all. Stay FAR AWAY from these GOUGERS!!!

Called advertised telephone number and was told someone would get back to me that day. Plumber assigned the job did exactly that and after hearing job details said, he picked a day. Arrived promptly and did a great job. Very efficient, especially since the old bathroom faucet had been installed over 10 years ago.

My tenants forced hot air furnace had died. I needed to find a replacement as soon as possible. I contacted Eric Foster Plumbing and I was able to get a quote and a new furnace in about a week. Extremely professional crew and I highly recommend them. They are now on my speed dial for any future work and I will also refer them to friends.

My wife and I have tenants renting a house from us in Chelmsford, and the tenants informed us that the water heater may have been on the fritz. We called Foster Plumbing, as we had had good experiences with them in the past, and Jason promptly came out to look at the water and give us an estimate on replacement/upgrade costs. Jason actually ended up proving to the tenants that there was nothing wrong with the existing water heater. He still gave us an estimate for two different replacement options, and did not charge us for the visit. He is very courteous and professional.

I purchased a dishwasher to replace a broken one in a rental house in Chelmsford. I called Eric C Foster Plumbing to do the installation, as I had had great experiences with them in the past. I provided the dishwasher and an installation kit (hose, fittings, etc.) that I had bought for an additional $20. Two men from Foster showed up - one was named JP, and the other's name I forget, but he was the Master Plumber and also the owner's son. They installed the dishwasher in about 2 hours (most of the time was spent retrieving some part they didn't stock in the truck). They told me they're not electricians, but I asked them to do the (relatively simple) electrical hookup anyway. This ended up biting me a few weeks later, as the wire nut on the ground wire came loose and caused electrical problems elsewhere in the kitchen. I called a proper electrician to diagnose and fix that; however, I had a feeling if I called Foster they'd remind me they're not electricians. My bad. Anyway, the install & removal went OK, but when I got the bill, I noticed they charged me for parts that I had provided. I called to ask the Master Plumber about this, and he said they ended up having to provide the parts, that the kit I provided wasn't sufficient. The only thing curious about this situation was that they hadn't left my parts at the house - the kit disappeared. I decided to cut my losses and pay the bill, rather than raise more of a stink about it.

I wanted to have a second water meter installed in my home exclusively for my lawn sprinkler system, to help lower the sewer bills we were receiving from the town. I had had great experiences with Eric C Foster Plumbing in the past, so I asked them for a quote. Jason and I discussed all the details of the (relatively simple) basement installation over the phone, and he even suggested that I buy my own water meter and provide it to their plumbers, as that would save me a significant amount of money. This was a low priority job for me, so I purchased the water meter on my own, and we had the installation & piping done a few weeks later. Their plumbers Mark and JP did a great job, and the final cost of the job was exactly what Jason had estimated, despite the plumbers spending a slightly longer time at my home than was estimated. The company also arranged for the Bedford town inspector to come by a few weeks after the job to certify the installation. All in all, a very pleasant and affordable experience.

I had the two new toilets stationed in the bathroom so that the plumbers would not spend any time uncrating them and carrying them to the proper location. I had purchased the proper rings and connecting gear but the Foster plumber insisted on using the material he was familiar with. No problem. The old toilet was disconnected and I did alert them that the dripping from the old toilet might mark the rug in the bedroom and the hall. I offered the use of a garbage can to place the old toilet in so that it would not drip. The plumber thought that would not be needed and carried the old toilet out without the use of the garbage can. The dripping stained the bedroom rug and the hallway rug and the stairs. The Foster plumber was embarrassed and had a rug cleaning company arrive that afternoon and completely cleaned any residue from the rug, making it cleaner that it was in the first place. All of the cleaning was at no charge. Very impressive. So I ended up with new toilets installed and clean rugs as well.

When we needed the hot water unit. They were here the next day at the scheduled time. Replaced the unit, removed the old unit, and cleaned up the area. Cleaner than it had been, I must add. In less than one hour. This time we lost hot water on a Saturday. Unfortunately Foster does not provide emergency service. At 7:am Monday I received a call and he was willing to be out to the house by am. We scheduled a later time. They arrived right on time. The problem took a couple of phone calls back to the office, but we had hot water again within the hour.

They are very personal. They answer questions over the phone if I don't need them to come to my home. They are punctual, and they do a good job. I would strongly recommend. I will continue to use them.
