He reminded me through Angieslist email box that my annual service is due. He was smart enough to remind me that weekend service cost more but not ethical enough to remind me that unless you buy Angieslist deal, it will cost you $49 more. I will never hire this company again. When last year annual maintenance was done, generator actually started spilling oil due to loose connection. I have to call him again , it costed me $200 more. This year it costed me around $199+ $200+ $249 for maintenance of the generator.

The maintenance was preformed but I am still waiting for the detailed receipt of what was done.

Tech was knowledgeable, polite and tidy.

I used an Angie's List deal for the panel switch and it included grounding bar, and surge protection for the house. As is often the case replacing the panel required a service upgrade, and this was also done at reasonable cost. Kevin and Steve were on time, were focused and easy to interact with. They left the basement and yard in good shape. The new service looks much better than the old, and I am very pleased to have it done.

The work was very professional. He is very qualified.

I was selling my house and had to replace the overloaded panel. Brian accommodated my tight schedule and did a great job. Very communicative and did the work on time when he said he would. I appreciate it!!

It took a long time to get a schedule date, but once it was established, the work was done thoroughly and to great satisfaction. I will be working with Bryan again to replace outlets and additional electrical work.

Brian did a great job (even threw in a more expensive panel for free when he noticed I had a lot of circuits). All the wiring was nice and clean. I was so pleased with his work and professionalism that I bought a generator from him too, and referred him to my parents who also bought a generator from him. Overall, very happy.

Brian Logue, the owner, quickly made an appointment when I called. Brian came to the house personally to explain the service and service options to me. Brian was prompt and professional. He explained what the discounted package I had ordered included, and his description exactly matched what was advertised on Angie's List and my expectations. Brian asked about my overall power needs and listened closely. Based on what I described, he explained some options to me. It is a large house with a lot of circuits to power, so I fully expected I would need to upgrade from the basic package to satisfy all our needs. Upgrades were reasonably priced. Brian explained long term maintenance and also monitoring options. I was having the propane and a new propane heating system installed at the same time and Brian coordinated with other workers and inspectors to perform all installations and inspections without and conflict with other workers. Brian followed up after the install to explain everything to me and to show me the new control panel. In reviewing each of the circuits and what appliance or area of my home it would power, Brian realized we had miscommunicated on one item. Brian rolled up his sleeve and fixed the problem quickly and without additional cost. Since completion of the project, the system and monitoring have worked flawlessly. ed. We signed a contract with them. It is a regular service -they come and go barely noticed. They put the generator in in the beginning.

The service went well. He was on time, friendly and professional.

The company is too busy to come out before the end of the month and I need the work sooner. They were very nice in letting me know.

I used the 2-hour promotion for a mixed bag of spotlight, nest thermostat, and light switch installation and to scope out a bigger future project. Good communication, arrived on time, very efficient, professional and did the job well.

The installation went great, though there was an issue with the generator itself. It worked out in the end, and we are satisfied.

We realized after working with this company that the cost was going to be an extra $950 due to the nature of our current electrical system. It seems to be required to be up to code. After that we realized we couldn't afford it. Bryan was very nice and responsive, no issues there.

Bryan did a great job installing the generator. The job was professionally done and and we are very satisfied with the product and the whole process. Bryan was a pleasure to work with and did a great job going over everything with us once he was finished. We also had him replace our existing electrical panel, upgrading to 200 amps, replace our meter box and cable, and install an outlet. We will not hesitate to call Bryan in the future for any electrical job at all.

He was amazing. Could not be nicer, did several things in under two hours as promised. Had an issue he solved that I did not ending up having to pay for and he is funny too. Great guy, honest, very hard worker. Will be using him for all future electrical issues.

Overall this work went well. Bryan is very professional. The only negative was that it took a while for the entire process to finish, and I thought it could have been a little shorter.
