Paul was great. Super communication, friendly, knowledgeable. He showed up, and got the work done well. Had a small carpeting adjustment and an issue with our screen door addressed. Very reasonably priced. I will keep working with him on a monthly basis as our small jobs accumulate.

Paul is really fantastic! He does a great job on everything. He is very neat and respectful of your home. It's so nice to find someone who is reliable and extremely skilled in different projects.

Paul was great. He was on time, had experience in doing attic doors before. Had all the proper tools needed, and was done before I knew it. The door works great, looks great. He also took on that simply disgusting job of removing the insulation in our crawl space that was just nasty. He also gave me a quote on replacing some windows in the basement, and he's looking for a solution to shore up a sinking floor area near our fireplace. I intend to hire Paul again.

Excellent job. I called and he came by that day to review the job. I received an estimate within 2 days and work started the following Monday 3/28. Took 2 days starting at 8 AM til noonish. Closet had been reconfigured to hold stackable washer dryer but the original person never finished the drywall, sanding or painting. Paul made the closet look bright and clean. He even got the bi-fold doors to fit - they were an inch too large for the opening. Repair of living room wall is perfect. Replaced hall ceiling light. He switched the outdoor lights to motion sensors from regular lights that had burned out and were inaccessible for me. He got wireless smoke/c02 sensors to replace ones that were 20 years old. He prioritized securing house siding that was coming loose in the wind. One of the trees had roots that were lifting up bricks in the walkway causing a tripping hazard so he chiseled out the root and repositioned the bricks. He hammered some of the landscape timbers in the outdoor stairway that had moved forward over the years. Job took an extra hour. 3 hours were quoted but it took 4 mostly because first (cheaper) remote lights didn't fit so he had to get different (more expensive) lights. More than a third of the cost was materials. Very professional and did an excellent job of cleaning up. THANK YOU*THANK YOU* THANK YOU. I'm starting a new 'honey do' list and will be happy to have Paul come back and tackle it.

Paul was very pleasant from the get-go. Provided a detailed estimate up front. Showed up when expected. Kept us informed of the progress. The work done was excellent and matched his estimate. Would definitely use Paul again.

He removed damaged parts of the walls and painted. Since the work was more significant than originally thought, he arranged to have someone he knew to join him for they work. He was able to complete the work in a very timely fashion even though the job was bigger than thought. It was important to finish in a timely way since we didn't want the exterior of the home to be open any longer than necessary.

Paul was great. Could not get to my computer fast enough to say how pleased I am with his work. I have guests coming and needed some window treatments and air conditioner installed before their arrival. Paul returned my call promptly and came out on short notice on a Saturday morning. He was right on time, easy going, incredibly reasonable in his pricing. Installing the window shades and room air conditioner though vexing to me, obviously second nature to him and these items were done quickly. Hanging a heavy mirror high on a wall that runs along a staircase I thought was going to be slightly more challenging (i.e. ladder on the stairs, etc).. Not a problem - Paul assessed the situation and he realized he would able to angle the mirror onto picture hooks from the landing (you had to be there)--also done quickly. Worth a million dollars to me to have all this done before my guests arrived. Most importantly,although these were minor projects, Paul seemed to be genuinely happy to help. Priceless. Am busy coming up with another list of things for him to do-- so goes without saying that I would use him again in a heartbeat.

Paul's service was flawless. He returned my phone call during off hours, which he clearly wasn't required to do, and agreed to come perform the requested work the next business day. I had an old, very heavy window air conditioner that needed to be removed from the window, and removed from the home. I also had a new, very heavy, window air conditioner that needed to be removed from my car, brought into the home, and installed. The job may not sound overly complicated, but space was tight, it was a hot day, the units to be moved were incredibly awkward and heavy and the installation was a challenge for a number of reasons. Despite this, Paul was pleasant, diligent, and the installation was quickly and professionally completed. He took the time to provide a few tips on using the new air conditioning unit also. I would highly recommend Paul's services.

Paul did not charge me for his time nor did he take advantage of the situation to make a quick buck. Paul came across to me as a man with lots of handy men experience coupled with integrity and honesty.

I needed it done fast. It was a temporary fix until winter weather conditions passed.

All was done quickly, professionally, and cost efficiently. This is the second time Paul has done work for us.

All was perfect. Paul was professional, worked quickly, and gave good advice for other areas that need to be addressed. I am planning on having him come back to finish a couple of bigger items and to do some exterior work which cannot be done yet because of the weather and snow.

I thought it was very good, he did an excellent job, fair price, showed up when he said he was going to.

Paul arrived exactly on time for the assessment and a little early for the repair. He repaired the rod and shelf in the closet. I had the same repairs done two other times by other service providers, but this time I know the repair will last. The shelf and rod are very sturdy now! I asked Paul to repair the shelf under the kitchen sink, thinking that it was warped. After he inspected the issue closer, Paul said it didn't need to be repaired. He also coached me on how to fix the kitchen hose sprayer and said if I couldn't do it myself, he would come back another time. I would not hesitate to call Paul again for home repairs.

Paul was great. He was prompt in both coming to do the estimate and coming to do the work. Paul came up with great solutions to various issues we had in the kitchen and bathroom. We have an old house and everything is either crooked or not standard size - or both. Paul came up with solutions for thresholds and a solution to an area where there was an old dishwasher. The baseboards and thresholds look great and the wallboard repair is perfect. We are very satisfied with Paul's work and would hire him again!

Paul did a beautiful job. He was quick, and I liked that he was really prompt. It was just him that came out to do the work. I would recommend him to others for small jobs; I asked him to do something larger, and he was clearly uncomfortable with it. I would use him again in the future if necessary.

Excellent. The repairs he made were great. Knowing I was prepping the home to sell, Paul went around the house to find things that needed a touch-up but which I hadn't mentioned. He did a few more things than initially requested, all for the fee he had quoted.
