Joe is great. He really cares and is very professional. Great listener. Took in the history of the problem, analyzed it, explained the issues, and then to double check, snaked the drain from multiple locations inside the house and from the septic. Camera'ed it to make sure he got everything. Additionally, cleared a slow moving shower trap on the second floor for no additional charge. Also cleaned sewage from shower where backup occurred, again no additional charge. Tons of experience, explains what he is doing well, goes out of his way to address concerns and make sure you're satisfied with the job.

Joe Martell of Ace Drain Company has been servicing my property for at least ten years. He was previously working for another company, and now he has set out on his own. I highly recommend him! We had a recurring clog in the main waste pipe where it left our house. Joe came several times to clear it, and then he dug out and replaced that section of pipe. We've had no problems since, except for an occasional bathroom tub clog from usual use. Whenever I've called Joe answers the phone if he can. He is prompt, polite, and responsive. He sets up visits to accommodate the customer's schedule, shows up when he said he would (or calls way ahead of time), and charges reasonable prices. I give Joe and Ace Drain Company an A+.

It went great. He arrived earlier than I expected. Joseph Martell introduce himself. He asked question before starting. Was respectful and polite. He informed me after he did a scope of the drain, of what the worst and best case scenario. He went about his work, called me too the basement and low and behold showed me what was wrong, tree roots. He cleared them out, I ran my washing machine for him while he stayed right at the drain(before he recapped) to be sure that all was well. He cleaned up any mess he made, put anything he had, had to move back it place. He was gone, never made me feel like I was not there as some technicians do. He had a great personality, and direct way of dealing with the customer and the issue at hand.
