About us

Limulus Home Services specializes in multitude areas including light carpentry, siding, window and door replacement, finish carpentry, light plumbing and electrical work, cleaning, gardening, landscaping (hard scape and soft), tree trimming, and we offer house watch services when customers are away for a week or 10 months of the year. No job is too small, and we offer flat hourly rates for the requested service. Also we provide you with the receipts for materials used, so you can be sure we do not mark up our supply cost - all you pay us for is labor. We are a small company, and the owner has been in the business (i.e., property management, carpentry, home repairs, motel maintenance, and landscaping) for over 25 years. The owner will coordinate a time to meet with you promptly, arrange a free consultation and site visit, and provide a quote for the work.
