Mark Lanier installed 2 springs on my garage door in 2017. Within 30 days of the installation one of them began malfunctioning and demonstrating need for adjustment. I called Mark over and over again for weeks. Finally after weeks of calls and voicemails I managed to get him on the phone and he agreed to a service appointment, which he no-showed and then never called, emailed or followed up in anyway. Early in 2018 the cable attached to this spring began fraying from premature wear due to it being out of adjustment. As anyone with an overhead garage door can tell you this is a major, potentially lethal safety problem and I have small children in my home who could be seriously injured or even killed if this cable were to break. At one point it even detached from the door! I again called and emailed Mark multiple times about this problem and he still did not return any of my attempts at contact. This man has no regard for customers or service! NEVER WORK WITH MARK LANIER OR HIS COMPANY IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR HOME. Worst customer no-service experience EVER!
