When I called this company, the woman who responded was very personable and helpful. I was happy to learn that they did do repairs to existing gutters. She set up a day and time when the work would be competed. David and another man called ahead to ask a few questions about the job and to assure me that they would definitely arrive before noon time; they came earler which was perfect for me. Last year I had unpleasant experiences with two gutter companies-one wanted to completely replace my gutters or at least repair the cracks for hundreds of dollars and the other one ran out of the clips (my word) to reattach my loose gutters. This time Central NE Window and Gutter was a totally positive experience. David was very honest with me when he said I did not need new gutters, and he also recognized that aluminum gutters, which I have, do not crack. He and his partner went around inspecting all of my gutters because they need to be secure before I have my house power washed. They also removed some debris and resinserted a screen that had fallen out soon after it was placed inside the gutter last year. These two men were punctual, honest, polite, and knowledgeable. I told them I would call on them again when I need gutter repair/cleaning, and I will highly recommend their company to anyone who needs their services. And best of all, they were cheaper than both companies I had last year. You will not be disappointed if you hire this company.
