FANTASTIC!!!! Our experience with Roadrunner from start to finish was AMAZINGLY GREAT!!!! My husband loved making plans with Dave who bent over backwards to be helpful. The packing and moving crews were on time, professional, respectful of our belongings, and very personable! We truly enjoyed working with them and having them around! Absolutely nothing was lost or damaged, the price was excellent and you could not find a better company no matter what! Stop looking and choose Roadrunner!

My tan couches have black dirt all over them, my bed frame is cracked, and my brand-new custom-made dresser has 3-inch long scratches all over it. They pretty much just heaved and hauled everything in as quickly as possible to get the job over with. Which ruined anything I had that weighed over 30 lbs. I feel the need to review my experience with this company because I relied on their positive reviews on Angie's List when I chose them. I would be hesitant to choose ANY company on here after this experience, but honestly just don't want anyone else to go thru this.

From the initial contact all way until the last item was brought into our new house, the experience with Road Runner was fantastic. We received a reply to our initial request for information on the same day. One of the owners contacted me directly and set up a time to come out and review my house and belongings. He arrived on time and spent about an hour at my house going through all the details as well as providing moving tips and suggestions. The quote arrived on time and under budget compared to the other moving companies I had quotes for. Communication was excellent, as the owner responded to emails and texts at all times of the day throughout the entire process. Since I needed storage for 2 weeks, they suggested I use a third party self-storage facility rather than their own storage as it would save me money, which I respected their honesty and concern for my budget. The team that performed the move were absolute experts and extremely personable and professional. They took great care to ensure everything was wrapped tightly and secure. They were efficient in loading and unloading the truck and got the entire job done under the time that was quoted. I was so pleased with the team that I requested the same team to come back when it was time to move out of storage into my new house. This company also does not nickle and dime you with fees and surprises, their pricing is fair and straight forward. I highly recommend this company for moving and storage services.

The team at Roadrunner was EXCELLENT! They came by a couple weeks before the move to ensure the estimate was accurate and help with some packing and staging tips. The team was right on time on move out day and they ripped through the job like a force of nature, though were very careful with everything. Roadrunner held all of our belongings on the truck for two nights (did not make us pay for storage and unloading/reloading, as was required by some other movers we talked to). They even moved our swing set separately at a very reasonable price. The team was just as good on the move in day. They were expert in disassembling and reassembling pieces of furniture, and in the end everything went smoothly and there was no damage to anything. Best moving experience every.

Movers were quick and efficient, cost ended up being lower than expected as they finished early. I had used Roadrunner for a previous move and would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

This review is quite late as we utilized Roadrunner Moving for our move between homes in June of 2016. From the first visit it was obvious Roadrunner was far more professional in their approach than other companies in the area we met with. Before the actual move date they took the time to answer our questions, made sure we understood how the move would operate, and triple checked that we agreed to and understood their policies. I liked this approach as it is how I try to deal with my own customers as well. We chose to pack our own belongings other than clothing Roadrunner provided wardrobe boxes for and furniture they would wrap with their own materials. On moving day they arrived about an hour earlier than we expected. It caught us by surprise while we were doing the last few tasks around the home, but never the less they did need a few minutes to get their equipment setup so it all worked out well. After weeks of packing it was mind blowing to see how quickly and organized the gentlemen on our crew got everything out of the home and garage. The foreman (who was also moving things himself) was like a symphony conductor making sure everyone knew their role and executed it at the right time. Even better than how well they worked timewise, there was no damage made to the home taking everything out so we didn't have to repair anything before the buyers' had their final walk though the next day. Roadrunner took great care to load the two trucks in a way that things would fit, but were not just jammed in likely to break during transport. It had only been a couple hours when they closed the trucks and pulled off to store our items at their warehouse for a couple days as we were not moving into our new home until later in the week. Fast forward two days and again the trucks arrived an hour early at our new home. That tells me they leave early enough to handle unexpected traffic which is nice to see. The same foreman arrived with some of the same and some different crew members. Just as they did when moving us out of the old home, they quickly unpacked the trucks putting every box in its labeled room, and checked with us any time they were not entirely sure where to put something. When they were done everything had a home to be in. Yet again no damage was caused to the new home, none of our furniture was damaged during the whole process, and the only breakage from the entire move was one small kitchen glass we had packed ourselves and probably did a poor job of. I would absolutely recommend Roadrunner to any friend or family considering a move. :)

It went extremely well. Initially I spoke to Martin Williams, co-owner. He clarified that the company did not transport cars, but he gave me a recommendation for a company. In a day or two the other owner, Dave, came to prepare an estimate. Although it was a medium sized apartment, it was a large move because it involved heavy furniture and primarily books. The estimate arrived two or three days later, and we settled on packing and preparation by the moving crew for the following week. The crew arrived on the day and time we agreed on and took two days to pack the items and load the truck. It was a long move--Greater Boston to Memphis, TN--and they arrived a day earlier than I expected, having called me the day before. The delivered and unpacked everything in 5 hours. All of the furniture arrived in good shape.

The move went well and the men were very helpful and willing to do what needed to be done to get the job done efficiently and as quickly as possible. I liked the fact that the team included family members who worked well together. Could not have asked for anything more!

Guys got here on time, loaded and on the way. Total 200 mile round trip to move applinaces and furniture. Did a great job getting the appliances upstairs with 1/2" clearances.

They were prompt, professional, extremely courteous and positive, and they didn't waste a minute of their time! They did some packing, as well as the moving, and helped remove unwanted items in the new location. I'd say they were worth every penny I spent.

This company is SO professional right from the get go! Our first conversation with the company was great and they were able to help us plan the move for the date we needed which was awesome! They were clear in their pricing and explanations of all costs. On the day of the move, they sent the most amazing crew and the whole move from beginning to end was great! The crew showed up early. They were courteous, encouraging, accommodating (and funny) and were total professionals throughout the move. Even as we changed our minds about placement or furniture, they were great. Because of a change in staffing, we had an office makeover. This required moving furniture between the first, second, third floor and basement levels. Desks, filing cabinets, chairs, dining room table, hutch etc... The moving crew arrived exactly on time and were incredibly friendly and helpful. Upon arrival the team lead introduced himself and his team, took a quick tour of the space to be rearranged, and immediately went to work. The team worked efficiently, never leaving a room empty handed. The work was done with care and precision. They even removed unnecessary furniture and dropped it off at goodwill for us, and passed along the donation receipt. I would absolutely use Roadrunner again for both the office and personal projects. A very trustworthy company, great employees, wonderful management and fair pricing.

The team showed up on time, and was quick to introduce themselves, and got to work to quickly do a evaluation themselves, and then got to work to get the pack up and move completed. Their communication with myself and my partner was exceptional. All throughout the process, they continued to monitor the job, and kept us informed on the next steps so that we were truly engaged with them throughout the two days. Also day kept track of the job by texting me over the two days.
