+ -1 moreWe have used Precision Glass for years. In this case, we remodeled a bathroom and needed a custom steam shower enclosure. We immediately contacted Dan Sheridan at Precision. Dan was most helpful with the design. He came out to look at the space and advised the person doing the tile how it should be done to best accommodate the enclosure. Once that was done, Dan immediately came out to template the job. It took several weeks for the enclosure to fabricated and they installed it immediately once it was ready. It looks fantastic and we felt the price was appropriate and good value.

Description of Work: We contacted Precision at the recommendation of our contractor. They were very responsive and came out the next day to measure the space. Unfortunately, it took them almost a week to send a quote and when I asked for the price on specific upgrades, I was not given a price but told the upgrade would cost "a lot". I knew differently because of quotes I received from other companies. I chose to go with one if them.

Description of Work: Doors were installed and were never adjusted properly. We asked many times for assistance without the proper responses.Just excuses. When I called Precision Glass to ask them to adjust the doors, they hung up on me!
