F & F ROOFING AND MASONRY

Initially they were very responsive; I called and spoke with Frank and set up a meeting for the next day. The next day Frank phoned to say he wouldn't be coming and we set up a meeting for the next day. On that second next day he didn't come and he didn't phone. There may have been some miscommunication in his office between him and another worker. So, initially very responsive, but no follow through. Never got the estimate.

THEY USED OLD SLATE INSTEAD OF NEW, AS THEY HAD AGREED TO DO. THEY SAID THE NEW WAS TOO HARD TO GET, EVEN THOUGH HE HAD ALREADY TOLD ME THEY WOULD USE NEW. I STILL HAVE LEAKS IN MY GUTTERS. HE DIDN'T REPLACE PIPES AND DOWNSPOUTS LIKE HE SHOULD HAVE. I STILL HAVE LEAKS IN MY FLASHING. I ALSO STILL HAVE LEAKS AROUND THE FOUNDATION, SO HE DIDN'T REPLACE ENOUGH MORTAR. WHEN I GAVE HIM THE FIRST PAYMENT, HE SAID HE WOULD START THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. IT TOOK HIM MORE THAN A WEEK TO START THE JOB. HE KEPT GIVING ME EXCUSES. THEY ASKED ME FOR MORE MONEY, AND WHEN I TOLD THEM NO, THEY TOOK ANOTHER TWO WEEKS TO COME OUT AND DO MORE WORK. THEY ARE NOW TELLING ME THAT THE JOB IS DONE, AND WON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THESE ISSUES.
