They did a great job on a counter backsplash. I will hire them again anytime I need tile installation or repair. These guys are real pros. The company owner, Gene, is a good communicator. He answered my calls and texts in a timely fashion. The price was transparent and very reasonable. We easily discussed added work and price adjustments that were all very fair. My kitchen look beautiful.

Jean and his team were so good on the first project that we hired them again for another bathroom remodel. For both projects - The pricing was fair, they worked fast, cleaned up every day and were careful to get my direction whenever there was a choice to be made. And any punch list follow ups were handled quickly with no quibbles. Got one more bathroom to do and will hire them again!

Jean was quick to respond. I had a one day job. The tile person worked hard from start to finish to finish. He used lasers to ensure the pattern and tile were laid out evenly and level.

good communications throughout the entire process. Because of issues with snowstorms the date that was scheduled could not be met but they went out of their way to contact me, explain that things would need ro be rescheduled and completed the work without any issues. They were efficient, and removed all the debris. I would recommend them highly.

I had a contractor do my shower floor. I live in Sagamore Beach area of Mass.He used grout to secure the tile on the floor. Within 4 days of use it was lifting and coming apart. Contacted Silvestre and the owner Jean came out . took a look had his guys come and start the process of correction. Could not have been done better. They were all meticulous. Jean came and checked progress. When finished they cleaned up enough so you would not even know they were there. I have had work done in my homes for 35 years. Never had a company like this! Jean is a pleasure to deal with. All his people are just the same. If you need any tile work done at all they are the people to deal with. Spectacular job, wonderful to deal with. They will make any tile project easy and simple. There work is absolutely the best!! Don't bother with anyone else. This is a call you will be happy you made. Thanks for a fantastic job!!!

We have a small basement bathroom that needed remodeling. He came and quoted a good price. That was a year ago. Bathroom still not finished. He does not show up when he says he will. Does not return calls or texts

Good quality work at a fair price, but not good at communicating. Had to call repeatedly to get updates. Did not always show up when scheduled and no phone calls to explain why. If you use them you will really need to stay on top of them.

Jean Responded to my request immediately. We met the same day, gave me a quote, and completed the job within two days. I would highly recommend Silvestre Tile.
