This was the second time I used a team from this company. My house had been neglected a bit over the last 2 to 3 years. The work ethic and level of detail this team of three cleaning pros used was amazing! Every wall, every surface was cleaned and polished. Inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, oiling cabinets, in every crevice of every upholstered piece of furniture… Their hourly rate is standard. Make sure you know when hiring a multi person team that you are paying that rate for each individual for the number of hours they are working on your home. I understood that, and manager Petrine was very clear at the outset so that there were no surprises. Worth every penny!

I'm a Disabled Veteran who spends a majority of my life here at home and to have J & W Sparkling Clean make a pleasant visit often really boosts my spirits. UPDATE: it is important for me to update my review of J and W Sparking Clean. After a discussion with the owner, Patrina, she reassessed the invoice and came to a fair and reasonable correction. Lessons were learned and customer service has improved. The actual cleaning was done quite well. I witnessed the cleaning girls using tooth brushes to get into crevices. Attention to detail and being thorough were two strong characteristics of the cleaning girls. I would recommend this company again and am happy to know Patrina stepped up to make things right for my client. Thank you.
