Chris' company did the original install of the sprinkler irrigation system on my property. At the recommendation of my neighbor I used a large company out of Yarmouth for several years, however when the system wouldn't start this Spring, I decided to try to switch to the original installer. He met with my sister late Spring to look at it, said it needed additional troubleshooting but it wouldn't be too expensive, and was given my tel. # to schedule a follow up. He never did. I called him back in June to get him back to do the work. He said it would be expensive, as much as $800, and I said let's go ahead and schedule it. Since the work has yet to be done by an alternate provider, I can't say if that is good or bad. He said he had 3 new installs and would get back to me to schedule something. He never did. I called and left a friendly message without response. I messaged him courteously about 15 days ago to see if he intended to fix an appointment. He never responded. . I admit it was probably a mistake to think he would follow up as promised after having failed before. I have found many vendors on Cape Cod have poor follow up skills. As a year round Wash Ashore, I guess I need to learn that I need to schedule this type of thing before the summer folk come into play. I am not happy at waiting all summer for someone who didn't even have the courtesy to respond to my last messagea. It's been a long dry summer and my lawn is a mess Not a good experience. His company label is being pulled from my system. I have found someone on Angies List who has very good recommendations and has given me a firm appointment - just about in time to close down the system for the year. Hope I have better luck with them.

We just moved into our home. The irrigation system had not been used in a while. Chris was called in and was prompt and professional. He looked at the system and had it in perfect order I no time replacing a valve and sprinkler head and tuning up the whole system. He will be the one I call for seasonal shutdown and startup as well as any problems. Great to work with a pro.

Chris arrived on time, drained the system, and adjusted the appropriate valves. He also provided valuable advice about keeping the control panel powered in extremely cold weather conditions.

Chris, the new owner came right out when I called, gave me a detailed estimate and arranged the installation at a time convenient for me. He was there when he said he would be, worked quickly and explained the system so that even I could understand! I had to call for clarification and he stopped by within a day to answer my question. Amazing customer service - love my new system!!!
