It went great! We had nice sheet vinyl installed. The floor preparation was EXCEPTIONAL! The installers were polite, professional, and very skilled. Coachlight Carpet is our "go to" Company for ALL our floor needs. Love their quality products and their communication skills!

The quality of the carpet & tile is fine. The installers are HORRIBLE!!! No knock at the door just walk right in for starters. DIRTY - I prepped EVERYTHING!!! Totally clean floor for them to do their install. Both times had to pick up trash, not to mention cigarette butts in my driveway, along with a pile of tile dust and pieces of cut tile. Took apart baseboard heaters and never put them back. Had just stained some shelves above floor but had not urethaned them yet, asked "please don't put anything on them". YEP, sure enough....coffee cup, water bottle, trash & the leftover tiles in a box all over the shelves. When you walk on the tile you can hear it click on the concrete subfloor. VERY THIN padding under carpet (they knew it was going on a concrete floor). I could have done alot better @ Home Depot!! By the way the price you see is with supposedly 1/2 price labor!!! I DID ALL THE LABOR!!!! All they had to do was install. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! & I suggest you stay away!!

Coachlight Carpet just installed rug number 5 for us. They do a fantastic job. We went in on Monday and picked out a carpet and the installer came in on Thursday to tear out all the old carpeting and installed the new first thing Friday morning! The turn around is always fast. The installer that Coahlight provides, "Tex", is always professional and clean. Can't beat the price and I even had roses delivered to my house as a "Thank you for your patronage". We highly recommend Steve and Coachlight Carpet!.

I called Coachlight and they had one of their installers contact me within 24 hours. An appointment was made, the installer (Dave Vance) arrived as scheduled, showed a good understanding of how to fix the problem, had the necessary tools for the task and did an excellent job.

I had my own carpet and he installed it for me, great job, would use them again.

Service was fine but the communication could have been much better. Several phone calls were required to obtain status of the rugs and when they would be bound and available for pick up.

When my husband reluctantly agreed that it was past time to replace the floor in our bathroom, I thought the hard part was done. Wrong! We looked at several places and they all seemed to have basically the same thing, or were very expensive, or didn't seem all that interested in whether we bought anything. From the moment we walked into Coachlight and were greeted like old friends, to the time the very outgoing installers left our home, I was so relieved that we had found not only just what we were looking for, but also people who from start to finish, really seemed to want us to be satisifed and to have a positive experience. We initially went to Coachlight carpet because they were having a 50% off installation promotion, but they will be the first place we go next time

Very well. Delivered and installed on dates set.. Did the work quickly and removed all the old carpet and scraps.

The overall experience was excellent.
