During the height of the pandemic, the staff would not wear masks. We stopped shopping there, despite a desire to support local mom and pops. We didn't feel safe as husband has heart condition. We won't be shopping there again because they didn't care about us and our health. This should not be a political issue. It's an issue about caring for their customers health and safety.

John arrived on time and it took just a few hours to finish. He had to make the access cuts in the ducts and made neat work of it. My house is a 15 yr old Cape and this was my first cleaning. He cleaned the ductwork from the basement up and from each register down. I should have done this a long time ago as every family member has dust mite allergies plus who knows what is growing in those ducts. Thank you John and Anderson Air Duct Cleaning.

With a mirror and a flashlight they let me look in the ducts and the difference between before and after was amazing. The stuff they vacuumed out was more than just dust: bits of plaster, grit of some kind, splinters of wood. Two men worked about two hours with air pressure hoses and a huge vacuume machine. I now have clean ducts. I am very well satisfied and highly recommend them.

We had been and quot;ripped offand quot; by some guys that were sent to us via a Cape Cod Handyman business. They sent out 2 guys (from New Bedford, I believe) in a van with a shop vac. Long story short.....you get what you pay for! They never even cleaned the basement vents out, said they couldn't get at them, and only vacuumed out the room heating vents and down into the vents about a foot. I could have done that myself! I did a little research and decided to call Anderson Hardware. The gentleman on the phone was extremely informative as to what and how they would clean our ducts.....I was very impressed! I made the appointment and two gentlemen came exactly on time, introduced themselves, and immediately I knew that this was a reliable company. I felt confident that they were going to do the job correctly.....and they did! The ducts hadn't been cleaned in 36 years, so I was curious as to the amount of dust and dirt I them. The man shined a light into the ducts so we could see how bad they were. he then cut holes in the vents to put their equipment in to clean and vacuum them out. They patched up the holes when they were done thoroughly, so no heat will escape from where they cut the vents. They worked for about 3 hours or so, with a minimal amount of noise (of course there's going to be noise), telling us what they were doing and answered any and all questions we had. They then cleaned their mess up thoroughly, and were on their way. They also cleaned our dryer vent......included in the service!! I could not have asked for more professional, kind, knowledgeable people to deal with......and the price was very reasonable! Kudos to Anderson Hardware......do NOT hesitate to hire them, or to visit their store. They were wonderful!!

Arrived on time, got straight to work. Blew high pressure blower into all vents and vacuumed all vents and ducts. The guys where friendly and did a great job.

The duct cleaner was highly professional, in constant communication about the status of his visit and result of the cleaning. He also went out of his way to help us identify a and quot;knockingand quot; sound near the ducts, and to respond to our questions during and after the visit to make sure that we were fully satisfied with his work. I would highly recommend Anderson Hardware for the strong dedication to customer service by their owner and staff.

We hired Anderson to clean the air ducts in our newly purchased and renovated home. When I called to schedule an appointment I was provided with a very clear and detailed explanation of what work would be performed and how. Scheduling was easy and the crew arrived on time. I can't say enough about how punctual and professional the Anderson Air Duct cleaning crew was! The initial cleaning fee is a bit pricey but very worth it. Each year they will come back for only $50. I highly recommend this company.
